First cycle Test-E PEP

I really like the gluteous medious. You just have to make sure you don't hit nerves. I did and it knocked my leg numb for a few hours. The part I especially like about the spot is that even if you have pip, it's not limiting. I wouldn't use it on a first pin of anything though because if something goes wrong, it's a very bad spot to get at medically.
 
Dude I just want this shit to kick in....I am excited for the coming weeks...Hopefully my shit is not contaminated I really do not think it is.
 
So I went to bed with some pip I thought it would be really bad in the morning...woke up and I don't have any signs of pip pretty great.

Nipples were sensitive last night but now are sore .25 mg adex eod starting now. Any one have an opinion on taking 10 mg of nolva till the nipples are not sore or should the adex be fine?

Second- you need more than 2 weeks after your last pin before PCT.

I agree I love delts and I am gaining a strong affinity for quads now on this blast. No more pip in the quads. I am a damn pin cushion on this blast and to be honest it has helped me tremendously having to pin everyday.

How long do you recommend? I thought most guys are rolling on 2 weeks should it be closer to four?

Yes. You want to try for a handoff of synthetic test to your own production. So, @ 500mg/WK should put you in that window somewhere between 21-28 days.

Today was clean and front squat complex

Then a little hiit
Workout was awesome I was drenched...feels good to blow off steam with cleans.
 
Took a little time off completely from the gym the past couple days just body weight stuff giving my joint a bit of a break. Today I will deadlift, I am keeping it light at 185 and will pyramid up from 1-10 and superset with pullups. Im also going to light bench probably a 5x10 at 175. I am taking adex .25 mg EOD and feeling good, this is week 4 so I will report after the gym. My vascular structure has changed and veins are more pronounced. I ran my BP and I am staying in the 120/80 range with a resting HR around 60. I have not stepped on a scale but I have had a couple people tell me I look bigger.
