First cycle Test-E PEP

Just had my first botched injection, i think I was moving around too much, it was painful and a bunch of blood came out. I am not sure what I did wrong.

What muscle? I like injecting into my quads and on my last cycle I had two injections that squirted blood out real fast for a quick second after I took the needle out. Scared the crap out of me at first. I think you hit a blood vessel.

This was an incredible workout, I still had energy the guy I worked out with could not keep up. I felt unbelievable and still do.
Whats up man, I read your log all the time just never commented before but its a good read! :) I was wondering where you came up with that bench rep/set routine? I like it cause it hits all the muscle fibers, I am guessing since you chose it you knew the muscles are made up of different fiber types and different reps ranges can active all of them.

I knew a bit about power lifting when I started training again, Jim Wendler is the man. I have just modified his routine to how I think my body responds the best. I train for strength gains but I get a fair amount of hyper trophy with the high reps. I don't care about 1RM PR's I care about rep maxes, lots of reps at a high weight. Try it out man.

I have man! There are not many I have not tried. I am the opposite though I train for hyper trophy first and strength second. If I could get 19" arms using 20lb dumbbells I would! LOL

I would say anyone would do that lol, I guess it comes down to genetics. I am sure if I was shorter (I am 6'4") I would be obsessive over size gains, for me it takes so long to develop size that I started going for strength, I weigh 215 now and still do not look that big but I am decently strong.

I am 5'10 and fall into the pick it up put it down and grow club not the I can be 8% year round and eat cookies club! lol It was nice cause for about 5 years my roommate/training partner was the polar opposite 6'2 easy to shred hard to gain so it was fun to get to learn from both sides of the fence so to speak. :)

Non-trad training
I did crossfit with my wife not to bad I do not share the hatred some dudes do. My wife has a great body from it. We did:
7 rounds
7 toes to bar
7 box jumps 30'
7 burpees
Then I did yoga felt amazing
Today I swam half a mile in sprints, then did drills with a buddy for another half mile. Tomorrow I bench....
I feel great and I know my current vial is legit, however, I want to distance myself from PEP and I am currently trying to get some Test from another source, I would really like MFL.

Then loaded up 95 pounds with chains and started to go to town I did 5 sets of as may as I could do without stopping.
Some ab work as usual and ran to and from the gym...I have not take a day off from the gym and am starting to get pretty sore. I now have incredible amounts of energy in the gym I am loving this.
By the way weight is up from 205 to 212.

Started a new vial of test still got the same amount of low level pip I will be getting mid cycle blood work in two weeks. If I am not above 2400 than I will be switching over to MFL gear and extend the cycle to 16 weeks.

Then got the chains out and loaded up 135 at this point I was out of my mind I ended up doing 10 sets of 10 reps. Then I rowed some sprints and ran a bit for a cool down. I'm trying to add a little more cardio in because I feel like im carrying a decent amount of water weight.
 
This new vial is giving me bad pip. I doubt it is my injection techniques because it has happened two times in a row I'm fed up with this pep gear. I made an order with Mfl and will be switching mid cycle. Depending on bloods I may extend my cycle.
