First cycle Test only (Pharmacom)

Hey all,
Ive been a lurker on the forum for a while and ive come to the point where I believe a test only cycle can greatly benefit me. Im 25 years old 5”6 195lbs at a middle to high bodyfat. Ive lifted for 5 years or so with some periods of less due to school/work obligations.

Lifts are
Deadlift- 535x1
Bench- 350x1
Squat-455x1

Diet is good at about 2100-2400 calories depending 70g fat 200-300 carb 180-190 protein
Lifting 4x a weel currently

Legs
Chest/back/cardio
Deads/abs
Shoulders/cardio
Arms/abs/cardio

Im considering 600mg test E in 2x 300mg pins due to pharmacom coming in 300mg/ml

Or alternately 250mg test cyp 2x a weekas it can be obtained 250mg/ml

Pharmacom offers clomid pct and arimadex for EOD.

Unable to get nolva it seems from pharmacom

Ill hey bloodwork done beforehand to post here are a few pics just to show sort of the starting point

Any critiques, advice, or words of wisdom/encouragement are welcome

So ive solidified the cycle im gonna un

Week 1-10: 500mg Test E 250mg 2x Week 11-14: Nolva 40/40/20/20

Ill have aromidex on hand for AI during if needed.

Training and diet are solid.
 
Don't use ugl for pct, use pharmaceutical. Same with AI.
Those are things you don't want to chance

Thanks man I had that same advice pmd to me and I found a good pharma grade source for PCT.

Makes sense that you wanna dont wanna be stingy with PCT

Those are good lifts man you should make great gains with only 500mg of test.
I would extend it to 12 weeks though..
How do you survive on 2100 cals I’m eating close to 4000 cals and I’m your size but leaner. You’ll need to raise them significantly to see the gains your looking for..

Thanks man! I had put on some extra fat due to not doing as much cardio and diet being lax with school/work stuff so the 2100-2400 is do slowly cut some of that off. Im gonna cut down a little more before starting the cycle abd upping mt cals somewhere between 3000-3500. Thoughts? I have always had a hard time with fat gain/loss
 
Since your running test e it will take 4 weeks for it to fully kick. I would consider raising your cals slowly instead of going hog wild right of the bat, so your body can acclimate.
Wks 1-2 up 500 cals
Wks 3-4 up 800 cals
Wks 5-12 up 1000 cals
You can always raise or lower your cals but this way six weeks in you will have already have a solid foundation without adding to much fat.

Thanks man that sounds like a pretty solid idea ill give it a shot. Ive always had an easy time puttint musle and strength on but just as easily putting fat but I know, or ive read, that when on cycle your body does a better job utilizing calories
 
I'd wait a miminium of a month before starting pct. If I'm reading that right you plan on starting pct week 11?

Ive read alot of mixed information on when to start pct with a test only cycle. Some people reccommend right after, some wait 2 weeks and some do no pct at all. The idea of no pct is obviously a bad idea but if you can share your insight on why waiting a month minimum is what you reccomend would be appreciated

I'm not an expert or anything, but my understanding of it is this. For a pct to work, you need all test to have left your system, before starting your nolvadex or it wont work. At a week after last shot you will still have a bunch of test left in your system. It will take at least a month to clear.

Ah okay I see what youre saying, Youre correct pct should be atarted after test is out kf your system for the pct process to be effective. The misunderstanding was that initially i was gonna use test prop that is said to be cleared from your system after 3 days meaning you could potentially start pct sooner. Test E has a 14 day time frame roughly so my edited should have been

I'd wait a month not two weeks. 14 day half life means if you ar le injecting 500mg's a week, 14 days later it will be 250mg 14 days after that will be 125mg, and so on
 
You are right my bad. That still puts your levels way high at 2 weeks to start pct though

So 4 weeks after last pin theoretically based ok half life all active test or close to all shoild be out, and then run 40mg nomva each day for 2 weels and then 20mg each day for 2 weeks?
 
Last cycle I ran it at 500 once a week from weeks 4-12. Haven't gotten post cycle bloods yet so not sure how much it helped with recovery. I figured why not.

Is its main purpose to combat testicular shrinkage and and encourage natural test production?
