So at this time its looking like

Weeks 1-12: 250mg 2x a week Test E for 500mg total

Weeks 4-12: HcG 500iu once a week

Week 16-20: nolva 40/40/20/20

And then ill keep Ai on hand just in case

It's personal preference. Some run hcg on cycle and also up until pct. some don't run it on cycle but start after last pin up until pct. The only wrong way to do it is running it on your pct. Sadly the person preference part usually comes from personal experience / mistakes and having a feel for your body. For me personally I get the most out of it in the transition period from test to pct. unless you are on trt and trying to get pregernot or long drawn out cycles etc..
 
You should see some nice solid gains on 500 test e keep the calories clean and a surpluse

I have enough HCG to go during and up to pct so if i decide to do that I can. I tihnk ill just run it weeks 4-12 and not up to pct start somewhat less and then if it goes well next time I can try both or alternate. thanks for the info!

Im really looking forward to it! Ive had so much fun in the gym in the years ive been lifting and I feel like ive made pretty solid natty progress. Ive even had a number of people (mostly ignorant of course) acuse me in the past of cycling because when I cut it really makes my muscles pop. But Im excited to see what I can actually achieve on a solid test cycle with a clean surplus and just training hard like I always do. Ill be sure to post alot of pics for sure.

Sorry havent posted in a minute been prepping myself and getting everything in order.

Ive acquired all my gear thus far. Would you guys be interested in seeing pics if said stuff?
