i was thinking about doing sustanon for first cycle about 8 weeks. should i do 250 mgs/week.....and also what should i expect in terms of results, i am currently 5'5 210

i agree that test-only is a great first cycle. however if you can source test enanth or cyp, you'll be in better shape. my first cycle was sus and i shot once per week for 16 weeks. my reasoning was that the longer esters would allow for longer durations between jabs. i was correct, and incorrect. i was wasting the prop in the sus. i got great results, however if i had injected with the correct frequency i probably would have got even better results.. for a frst timer, cyp or enanthate are the best, IMO.

the other thing i noticed from your post is that at 5'5" 210, you're either generously out of shape or you've been working out naturally for a while. if you haven't been in the gym for a while, i'd recommend dieting down before you start a cycle. personally i like eating small, frequent clean meals, lots of cardio and an ephedra based fat burner.

let us know a little more about your training, etc. amd you'll get more feedback.
 
i have a pic on the memeber pictures .......yes i have been working out ,,,,,im like at 14 percent body fat,.....i was up to 231 at 18 percent...now im 210........
 
I'd Go with 500mg Per week divided into 2 seprate doses for 10 weeks. 250mg of sust(multi-estered Test) is not the ideal dosage, too many clearinace times and half lives to worry about. I would also look into eigther front loading, or D-bol @ 40mg ED for the first 4 weeks of your cycle, this will help imediately spike your test levels which will help with imediate gains. Also do you know about PCT?

I did 250mg/week of sust for my first cycle and I really wish I would have done 500mg/wk (which was my 2nd cycle) since I did not see nearly the gains I saw with the next cycle.

what gains did u see ur first cyle
 
I only saw about 9 pounds on the first cycle, and my diet, sleep, and workout program was perfect (I had been training intensely for 10 years) and ended up around 175 after dropping 4 pounds of water weight. My second cycle, which was 500mg Test with 400mg EQ for 12 weeks added 20 pounds to my frame (went from 175 to 195).

I will say that on my first cycle my strength went up quite a bit (bench went from 275 to 325) and on my second cycle it went from 325lb to 355lbs even after 3 months off. I lost water weight after my second cycle and after 3 months I ended up at 189 at 5'8" with about 8% bodyfat.

I have posted this before, but I chose to stay lean on both cycles otherwise I would have gained alot more muscle, but it was worth the trade off for me. I am on 750mg/wk now of test cyp for a 10 week cycle.

Must be a popular first cycle! I also started with 250mg/wk Sus. I did it for 8 weeks along with clen, ephedra/caffeine and daily Nolvadex. I was 5'10" 195-200 with about 15% BF start and finished 205 at about 10% BF. I lifted 5 times a week concentrating on diff groups each lift. Cardio (swim or run) 3 times/wk around 45 mins. Diet was perfect with very low carbs and about 1.5-2g protein/lb body weight.
Wish I would have done 500/wk and added a 300mg Deca/wk stack to it.

My workout partner did 350/wk for his first cycle and he actually did pretty well (gained about 17 lbs) and he has a constant bodyfat less than 7% which just makes me sick. However, his joints hurt a lot more than mine do on a cycle.

Why did his joints hurt? Is that a natural side effect of a sust cycle?

Jayce - Do you think your gains would have been better if you waited to run with the Clen at the end of your cycle? I just poasted something similiar to this in another thread...

I was told people complain of joint pain with winny. Never heard of that with Sus. Not saying it doesn't happen. I have just never known anybody to experience it.

In addition to burning cals, Clen is supposed to have some anabolic affect for around 18 days at a time. I went 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with it and really shed some belly fat.
If anything limited my growth it was the modest dose of Sus and possibly not enough caloric intake, not the clen.

Sorry, I should have clarified. His joints hurt because of his low bodyfat %. It had nothing to do with the Sust other than the fact that we were lifting more weight. The bloat actually made his joints feel a little bit better. He is one of those people that has super high metabolism and can eat just about anything and still have a low BF. The only problem is that it is harder for him to gain muscle since he has to work to keep bodyfat on.
