Ok so I'm going to be running my first cycle next week. I'm running the super dmz stack from IML. Yes I know alot of you guys look done on ph buts this shits is legit and plus i couldn't find a reliable source to get some of the good good so I said screw I'm gona run me some freaking super dmz lol. But anyway I have my training program my pct ready I'm done getting info I'm ready to get down to business. The only question I have for you guys I'm wanting to get as big as possible while cutting my body fat % down so what should my carb and calorie intake be. My last workout program i did I got down to around 7% but I feel like I was doing it wrong like one day I'd feel big af but not as dry then the next day I'd feel lean and looked cut but felt like my muscle mass wasn't there so can I plz get some diet advice feel free to give me your diet plan I know everyone's body is different so I might not react the same way you do I'm 6 foot 160 pounds about 11 % body fat. And a random question when would it be safe to run another cycle. Ohhh boy idk how I'm gona feel about my nutsack shrinking up from the test haha. But plz give me some advice shoot me straight I won't get butt hurt hah
