First cycle

If this is true then im having a difficult time picturing what your current physique is like. Are you skinny fat? At 5'11" 165lbs youre not that big regardless of how lean or muscular you are. Eat clean and workout and you'll put on quality muscle, not fat like you described above.

Quick pic so you can see a little of my physique I don't have a shirtless midsection pic laying around in my phone so this will have to do until I get home to post pic of front neck down

Something is wrong with this picture @Deadpooltrend. Something is not adding up and my wild guess is your training is not up to par as well as your diet. Do you even lift?

Yes I lift, I'm stating my genetics lean towards a heavy set person because growing up me and my brother both have the same body, same shoulder length same back width, everything identically the same except I exercise and bust my ass and he doesn't. But guess what..... he's a fat body and well I'm not, objective of this thread is I'd like to have the body of the Spartans in 300 or a better goal Thor in well.... Thor. Big, slim, hard and lean.

Please don't bash thread with "bro do you even lift" jokes and worthless posts, I do appreciate the bump but I'm here for helpful knowledge and testing of experimental chemicals that support hard lean gains not this crap filled market of caffeine substances sold in Gnc

@Deadpooltrend donbe mistaken i am by no means bashing your thread. I am merely pointing out the elephant in the room as others have. You come in here posting on the cycle log forum when you are not logging anything. You want others to do the research for you. Orherwise you wouldn't be asking 90% of the questions you have asked. And the comment about lifting wasn't a joke i am dead fucking serious now answer the question, do you even lift? If so post pictures as it was requested by others since the beginning. In fact scroll down on this forums and you will see "my cycle log" posting every bit of info i can to have other fellow members critique or aid my journey and not depend on them. In that log i just started is a picture of me @170lbs and i am 2" shorter than you give or take so compare that to your physique and see if you train or not. Good day

This is a pretty cool website designed and maintained by a dedicated bb'r. Tons of interesting information regarding diet and exercise. There's a few handy dieting and macro tools as well. Great for someone just starting out. Check it out.

I'm familiar with the site, I actually base alot of my home workout exercises on what he says. That's the older gentleman that always wears the fisherman hat, big chest and keeps the peanuts in the trunk lol
