First Cycle

Starting my first cycle. (Test Enanthate )
Heres my stats.
29 years old
Body weight 195 lbs
bf between 10 and 12%
(Dieted for 12 weeks before starting this cycle bw down from 215 lbs very lean right now)
Height 5'10
Been training for 8 years.
Goals for cycle-
Add lean mass to upper chest
Add lean mass to side delts
Add lean mass to calfs
Got pharm grade aromasin on hand.
I'm running ugl Test e 300mg/ml at just over 600mg per week for 12 weeks.I'm 1 week in. No pip on my first 2 injections. I have been pinning b12 for the lasr 3 months to get used to injecting so it was cake. Obviously I won't know quality of the gear until I get bloods half way through. Got starting bloods done and everything looked good to go. I may add Masteron in for the last 6 weeks of the cycle to clean up my gains and really harden up. Got 6 bottles of mast prop. I'll know for sure by week 4 if I'm gonna add that in. Well,anyways I'm gonna log this entire cycle as it goes on. Thanks for having me on this forum,+
 
Well welcome to meso. Its not the New Member Intro Forum but this will do lol. Subbed to see how your first time goes for ya bro. Might I ask which labs gear your running? Good luck to you man.
 
Thanks. I'm using an ugl called starchem. Couldn't find anything on them but I got it from a trusted source and I'll be getting bloods half way through to see the quality.
 
If it's descent gear your in for a ride. The virgin cycle is alot of fun. Eat eat eat
Hey trukker I actually stumbled across this forum while researching Muscle depot's eurochem gear. Your first cycle log came up in a search. Needless to say after reading your log I will never order from them lol
 
I forgot to post. My cutting macros were 70g fat 240g carbs 240g protein. That took me from from 215lbs to a really lean 195 lb in 10 weeks. I have up my protein to 320 grams. Fat 75 grams and carbs 300 grams on training days and 280 on rest days and 1 refeed day of 550 grams once a week the day before legs. Time to make all kindz of gains.
 
I really like adding something to harden me up at the end like mast. Good looking out on that. If your gear is real, especially the mast, it will blow your mind. 6 bottles sounds like enough mast to make it worth it. 600mg is my sweet spot for mast p. Just be ready tare mother Fuckers heads off in the gym. I suggest throwing up a cycle log so we could help you with any questions and obstacles you will encounter. Good luck.
 
so tomorrow will mark exactly one week since my first injection. I didn't expect to feel anything at this point early on but two days ago I up my macros for the first time in 11 weeks and today I have a certain fullness in my muscles that I have never felt before . it is almost comparable to the pump I get after a good training session except I've been feeling it all day.I also had a higher than normal morning weigh in so my guess is that my muscles are holding more intramuscular water A LOT more. I can't even imagine what I am going to feel in the weeks to come I am getting very psyched.
 
Well the gear is "active" but hasn't reached stable levels yet. In weeks to come it will be much more pronounced. With test E I notice a change about week 3 when I up my dose and it escalates from there. Stay tuned in and eat. Don't waste a second of it. Make sure your pushing yourself beyond reasonable doubt. Come in with an attitude and get mean about it. You've got all the reason in the world to grow now. Carpe diem
 
So did chest and back this morning and shoulders about an hour ago. Pushing really hard on my training and diet. Fullness was there again today 3rd injection today. Doing 12.5mg of aromasin every 3 days. Got some proviron today as well gonna throw that in real soon.
 
Sounds like a good plan ! Back when I was doing PH wold always stack it; proviron is a must ! Well that's for me.

Gonna run it into week 6 and bridge over into Masteron for the last 6 weeks and really harden and sculp my gains.
 
Yeah I saw you have enough masteron to pop out those veins:eek: ! Kill it!

Leg day ...time to fuck up some squats
shooting for squats 325 for 3 sets of 8 and 275 for 2 sets of 15. Then 3 sets of 15 leg press 14 plates then finish off with 3 set of 8 walking lunges with 45s
