First cycle

Just started this past Monday.

Test c 250 eo 3.5 days
.25 adex eod
Hcg 250 eo3.5 days

Pct
nova 40/20/20/20
Clomid 75 / 50 / 50 / 50

Will run ai up until pct along with hcg.

Diet is in check. 3000 cal. A day
gym
legs
chest/tris
back
shoulders/Arma
cardio

First cycle. Want to see how I react to the test. Might run tren a for 8 weeks up until 3 days pct.
 
I probably should have waited to start before I got bloods. Will get bloods 1/2 cycle and 4 weeks after pct.
 
For a 1st cycle you should be able to add more muscle. Also leave the tren out for a 2nd or 3rd cycle (there will be more).
And I would set some hard goals. 5-6 lbs of muscle is ok. But get cut up could mean a lot. Its easier to reach your goals if you set real numbers. Just my opinion.
 
Good, basic 1st cycle. BF should really have been lower and bloods are done BEFORE you start (as well as after)

Tren is definitely out.
