First cycle

me.jpg I've doing a lot of research through meso and other sites too on cycles of test e. I'm 32 yrs old, 186 lbs, 6ft, about 15% bf haven't done my blood work yet so once I do that I will have a better idea if a cycle would be a good idea or not. My question at the moment would be, just off of these facts do you guys think a cycle would make sense for me? From reading I certainly don't want to be on trt the rest of my life, my goals in doing it are to put on some lean muscle not bulk up much because I have a lean frame anyway. My idea would be to only go to 300mg of test e ew, with clomos and nolva.

Without knowing your diet, training history, goals, or bloodwork I would say no. Judging by the picture you attached I would also have to say no, it seems like a proper foundation has not been established yet. Focus on the gym and your nutrition for a few years, if your still enjoying it and are making legit progression then it's your choice in the end.

Typically 2-3 eggs with fruit for breakfast
Chicken, fish, turkey, red meat, with some greens and veggies
Some starchs as well
for lunch or dinner

I played soccer growing up never any heavy lifting
Now I work out 5 times a week isolating one muscle grow a day and alternating back from running and doing core workouts.

Chest: Straight bench @ 70lbs 10 reps 3 sets then increase 10lbs for 2 more sets at 10 reps. Incline free weights 25lbs 10 reps 3 sets increase 5 lbs for 2 more sets at 10 reps. Decline bench at 70 10 reps 3 sets increase 10 lbs for 2 more sets at 10 reps. two more movements for lower and upper pec (not sure of the name for the movements but sill 5 sets 10 reps increasing the last 2 sets.)

Biceps: Hammer curl at 20 lbs 3 sets 10 reps increase 5 lbs last two sets. Straight bar curl same 5 sets 10 reps increase weight the last two sets. With two other movements at the same.

Triceps: Same, 4 movements 5 sets 10 reps increasing the last two sets.

Back/legs: Same, 4 movements 5 sets 10 reps increasing the last two sets.

Shoulders: Same, 4 movements 5 sets 10 reps increasing the last two sets.

My goals would be to become more cut adding some muscle but not bulking up, per se.

So at any point in life to run a cycle there is chance of becoming dependent on having your T regulated only through doing cycles? Just trying to better understand all the risks involved.

Regardless if youre ready or not physically, you have already made the choice to give AAS a chance. With that being said, a test e only cycle would be ideal. 300 is on the low end but youll still make some good gains. I dont know how your body will react after you get off. I dont if Youre gonna need TRT or not. Only your bloodwork will tell you. Research the ins and outs of whatever youre planning to do. Learn about AI's and their purpose and when to use them. Again, bloodwork is important. Learn how Nolva and Clomid affect people. I used Clomid once and thought I had a brain tumor growing...all sorts of negative reactions. Nolvadex, I have no problems with. Understand bro, what you read online is great and all but you wont know much until your actually Running That Shit.
At the very least Research as much as possible....
