First cycle

Hi everyone,

I am a long distance runner looking to put on some serious muscle mass. I am 184cm, 78kg, and 11% bodyfat according to the latest DEXA scan.

For now, I intend to drop under single digits bodyfat while continuing to eat 210g protein, sleeping a minimum of 7 hours (it gets hard trying to get to 8 or more), and being on a deficit of 400 kcal per day. I know many of you would tell me that I should rather start bulking now, but I have an obsession to getting to single digits bf so I'll first fulfill it then start the bulk. I currently do a classical push pull legs regime and I train 5 days a week. I train legs only once per week.

I was thinking of doing of course bloodwork, have my main blood markers, minerals, lipid, kidney, endocrine (test, free test, shbg, lh, fsh, tsh, t4) the week before starting the cycle.

I would keep it simple and have it over 12 weeks, pin weekly 250mg test c alongside 30mg Turinabol. I have 100x10mg Tbol pills so I was thinking the Tbol should last roughly 33 days and use TUDCA and GlyNAC while I take it (500mg tudca, 600mg L-Glycine, 600mg NAC - no idea if it's overkill just good enough). I also have pharma Telmisartan already secured, as well as Enclomiphene and Tamoxifen. I also have an Omron Intelli M7 BP monitor at home as well. As for lipids- I will take roughly 2g EPA and 1g DHA and 1200mg Citrus Bergamot, alongside 1g Berberine a day.

I was also gifted 50x10mg RAD-140 pills...but I don't know where to use them in this cycle or if it's "okay" to stack it with Tbol.

And of course I plan to do bloodwork by week 6, then after the cycle ends and then post-PCT.

I don't know what the best caloric surplus for a lean bulk I should choose here- anywhere between 300 or 500? Or should I go close to 300 and keep it conservative?
