First DNP cycle

Wasn't sure what the appropriate section was so I figured id throw it in here. So I will be partaking in my first ever DNP run in 2 days, have done an extensive amount of research, but would like to hear what those who've run before have to say. Will be running the crystalline from a source i'm sure most of you are familiar with.

-252lbs
-aprx 13-14% bf
-will be training 2 on 1 off (weight split along with 30-60mins LISS following)
-will be running for 14days

Day 1-4 - 250mg/ED
Day 5-14 - 500/ED
Will be on test at 500mg/wk (as its the end of a cycle)

Will be taking r-ala at 250mg/4xD, vitc at 4000mg/ED, V8 juice 750ml/ED, atleast 8-10ltrs water/ED

Diet:
Going to "aim" for 2600cals/ED, 40%p 50%c 10%f

Assuming all goes as planned, what would you assume I could expect as far as results? (based on your past experiences) and would there be anything significant that you'd change?

Sounds like you've done your research.. 1st run you could lose anywhere from 10-15lbs at those doses..

I'd drop the LISS and limit your weight training time to 30-45 min a day while you're taking it.

Be careful man..

I wouldn't personally run it past 14 days due to the T4 to T3 suppression. (and I won't ever run T3)

Forgot to mention, I will also be running Iforce's TT-33 (T2 supplement) at 3 caps/ED

Why on earth would you run DNP but never run T3? Not that I'm against DNP, I plan to use it this winter, but T3 is a safe and effective compound.

Also make sure you're taking in plenty of water. Even when you think you've drank enough you should drink some more. Make sure with the increased water intake that you get enough electrolytes also.

From what I've researched once you pass the 14day mark the T4 to T3 suppression becomes extremely significant thus requiring T3 supplementation should you wish to properly continue

Plenty of hypothyroid patients supllement with T4 alone. my original question was why wouldn't you ever supplement with T3? What are you worried about with it's use?

Just something I personally wouldn't want to use. Don't like the muscle wasting effects, don't understand enough about the thyroid to rectify a problem should it occur, and it's just never something I felt comfortable using, therefore I told myself I never would. Not condemning others who do but its just something I wouldnt

Ok gotcha.

You can prevent the proteolysis by using it with AAS. Even a TRT or cruise dose is sufficient in preventing muscle wasting. Also T3 is a pretty safe compound to use and the thyroid is a very resilient gland. Patients put on T3 for years and years only to come off later had their thyroid function restored after about 2wks.

Not trying to force you to take it obviously lol just trying to further understand your apprehension in using it. Personally I've used it with every cycle without any negative effects and loved it. :)

I'll be supplementing throughout with iforce's TT-33 supplement which is a mixture of the 3"3 and 3"5 T2 metabolites.

A far weaker solution, but should provide better thyroid support than no supplementation at all

I will be doing my own Dnp cycle come mid December once I'm done with my classes. I have done quite a lot of research as well and you may want to add vit e as well since vit c and vit e has different antioxidant properties. I have also read people taking glycerin for muscle hydration but I don't know if that's necessary for overall hydration.
A couple of questions, where eill you be getting your electrolytes from? I have read at a previous thread that if you end up getting too much potassium, that could lead to irregular heart beat and cause other problems.
Also, are you doing a log here? Cause I would like to know how your cycle goes.

So i'm about 10-11 days in. Switched a few things up; started day 1 250mg, day 2-4 500mg, and have been on 750mg since (would never go higher even if I thought I could handle it).

I will definitely say, it's some nasty stuff. I usually don't experience the typical "sides" on most things. Ran 700mg/wk tren during my first tren run and I mean aside from some insomnia nothing but positive results, but dnp is a whole other beast. Since moving up to 750mg I have no been able to lift, barley been able to preform daily tasks without needing to change due to sweat or just gassing out. Feel nasty 24/7, but results really are like nothing else. Even without being able to work out, and at a caloric intake of around maintenence or just over on most days, the fatloss as been dramatic; the likes of which I've never seen.

I'll say this, it would not be possible to run this at these dosages while maintaining a regular life routine (ie. School, work, etc), but if you have some time off and don't mind wasting it feeling like death, you can squeeze a real 3-4 month cut into 2 weeks.

So what are your results so far?

Not really sure of the results, my weight fluxuates heavily already (tail end of a cycle), I'm deffinitly holding water, and I'm completely glycogen depleted, so exact results so far have been gauged by mirror results and the "feel" (parts where I was holding fat are allot different to the touch. Less thick, far "squishier" in consistency (like water), etc)
