First ever cycle, thoughts?

Heya guys, I decided to go for my first cycle this summer to experiment see how my body reacts and also boost my gains and strength. I have been lifting for 4 years now im 20 years old, im 172cm tall and 76kg, i workout 5-6 times a week depending on how i feel if im fully rested ill go for 6. My PRs are:
180kg deadlift 1 rep
140kg squats 5 reps
120kg bench 3 reps

Sitting at about 12% bf. Diet is mostly on point, i hope haha, i hit 160g of protein and up to 200 g carbs depending on how i am feeling.

For my first cycle I was thinking about 100mg of test p every 3rd day. ~300mg a week.
 
Your diet is surely lacking as you didn't even put your fats in and your protien is too low on top of the minimal calories your taking in. You are young but I'll let someone else bash for that this time (I started young and regret it and I'm still young)

Test prop is a eod drug and 300mg is going to be barely above what your natural test is unless you have your pre bloods to prove me that you have low T?
What were your pre bloods?
What's your pct?
What AI are you going to use?
Pharma grade pct/AI?
What's your TDEE?
What's your macro complete breakdown?
What program are you running?
What are your goals?


Now to my final point I won't say hold off cause your young but I'll say it cause you have 15-20lb to gain by just dailing in your diet alone and that you omitted all that information in your first post shows me there still is a lot you don't know/ haven't thought about

Diet is mostly on point. 200-230g protein
190-210g carbs and 45-60g fats.
Strictly speaking on a perfect day it would be 230g pro, 200g carbs and 50g fats.

I just never bothered doing this to point as i was busy with uni work.

So what would you recommend as a first cycle, aiming for 6-7 weeks. No idea about pct yet.
No bloods. Goals are as much muscle as i can get tbh. Program is solid, ill workout each bodypart once a week. Workouts last 1.5-2 hours and i do around 20 sets or so.

Your program is very much not solid, your diet seriously lacks in calories if you want to grow shit man I eat more then that when I'm cutting and we are the same height.

As for the part I bolded tells me you aren't ready, unless you live and breath this then you shouldn't for your own sake be doing it. You think you're busy because of uni and don't have time ha! That's just a lack of dedication there are men here working 70+ hours a week with kids and a wife staying up late on their meal prep working out early morning before they have to get their kids to school and still manage to educate themselves. I'm not going to give you a cycle I'm going to give you advice.

Do as much research as you can on PCT.
Secure a solid pharmacy grade source.
Reevaluate your training program cause it needs it, you should hit everything 2x a week.
EAT MORE FOOD! You'll grow that way I promise.
Don't be the idiot young guy who jumps the gun and "knows better" then all the experienced people who have been through your shoes and know more then you
