First homebrew!

Easy chaps I did my first ever homebrew. I had 5 grams extra test E and 3.5 grams extra test prop so I decided for my first ever run I’d use them up so I wasn’t bothered if it didn’t go to plan.

I washed the beakers and stirring rod with soap and water then rinsed with 70% iso alcohol. Then put them in a dental autoclave I bought on 180 for 45 mins. I then put the raws in the beaker (very difficult with test e as it has turned into a yellow gel but I managed) added 18% BB and GSO heated on hot plate until fully dissolved. Then when cooling down I added 2% BA. I used 3ml syringes for the syringe filter and it was still a nightmare so I can imagine with 10 or 20ml syringes it’s dreadful! I had to re heat a few times to keep it flowing well through the syringe filter.

Did my first injection about an hour afterwards and it started to hurt pretty much straight away after injection but I only injected 0.75 so hopefully all will be well I’ve read that the test e raws can be really painful lately so maybe that? I will attach where I got my BB,BA and syringe filters from below...

How long have you had the raws? One of the things I heard about the pip being caused by test e is that it has to do with how old the raws are. What size and type of filter was it?

Filter was 0.22 pvdf and I’m not sure man I bought them off someone I know not an online source so I’d just be guessing brother.

You didn't mix up the ba and bb or anything by accident? Hopefully they are just old or that batch giving people pip. I'm thinking a big batch wasn't stored properly or got old at the warehouse somehow.

How does it feel now and how long ago was the pin?

No this was my first time so I was extra careful haha 18% bb and 2% ba. It just feels like bad pip atm. I will see how it feels tomorrow. I’m guessing it’s the test e although there’s only 100mg test e in there and 70mg prop

I cant use prop. Havent tried making any myself but that shit hurts me. Keep an eye on it and update us. It's probably just bads pip from both. You trust the source didn't cut it?

If you wanna be safe and try avoiding an er visit. Take Tylenol ibuprofen and especially an antibiotic if any are available. If redness and swelling ensue mark the area slightly a pen and see if it gets worse. After 72 hours it should start going down. 48 to 72 should be the worst part. That's usually all a Dr can do until it becomes bad enough to Lance and squeeze.

Not trying to scare anyone.. however if it continues getting worse starting earlier is only better. Won't hurt anything. Taking it after it's infected though is another story. By all means you can wait on all of it but after 3 days if it is still getting worse, I would start taking it for a couple days until its gone.

Having said that, I have had horrible pip that last a week. The third day is almost always the worst.

On one hand you have not take anything and most likely be okay later on after pain runs its course.

On the other hand there is a very small chance you can get a nasty infection.

And last I typed all that while I was going back to sleep after taking I piss during the night so yeah its possible it was straight to the point and condensed.

Probably just the raws. 99.9% chance you will be good in a few days. Until about the 48 or 72 hour mark I would try not to take antibiotics. Bad pip will get worse until about that point. Possibly a bit longer.

Okay mate I’ve been reading a thread were some guys heated the test e to 120 degrees in the oven for 30 mins and it got rid of the pip you think I could try that? Maybe try putting a 10ml vial in the oven for 30 mins at 120? Sorry if it’s a stupid question haha new to all this.

Worth a shot. I don't know personally though. Just vent the vial by putting a needle in it so the cap doesn't pop off.

Is just a pip. A infection and his symptoms will not occur in less than 18 hours after he has the injection. Take antibiotics to prevent or just in case it will do more harm than good
And like he said it will become a little worse than it will be better.

It will go away in one week it will be normal again. Be a man and take the pain,not the end of the world

Worth a shot. I don't know personally though. Just vent the vial by putting a needle in it so the cap doesn't pop off.
