First physique competiton

So a little update since I'm bored af.

I'm not sure if it's the tren or what but my head is all over the place. Some moments im buzzing cause I feel so good. Then others im thinkin about the mistakes I've made lately and doin dumb shit to hurt people.

but as far as contest prep my coach wants me to up carbs a little this week now that tren is built up a little. I'm also gonna increase cardio intensity.

I'm 20 days out and thinkin of running my tren the same dosage this week. Then bump up a little when I'm 14 days out.

Really focusing on midsection and getting tight.

Probably a combination of getting some sun this weekend and the tren kicking in but I feel like that switch has flipped where in seeing a difference. I was already well under 10% before tren so I'm seeing my muscles and vascularity much more all of a sudden. Can't wait for it to really keep pumpin the next few weeks.

I also have a lot of energy. I need to do solid cardio in the morning, train my ass off in afternoon and walk dog for another mile or 2 just to get to sleep.

Oh and my mind is def starting to speed up. Just thinkin way to much of shit. Will have highs and lows throughout the day. Nothing uncontrollable but i do feel the waves up and down.
 
So your running tren A at 300mg a week? EOD or ED inj?

Yea 75mg eod so technically its 262mg wk.

Another update, things are really coming together. Did arms and abs yesterday and my stomach was lined w veins.

I'm doing a mini peak week this week to see how I react so we can dial it in during the actual peak weak. Today and yesterday was lower carb (approx 50g), higher protein and mod fat.

Tomorow and saturday doin 800g carbs, 100 prot and no fat. Dropping water too. So we'll see how I look then and we can adjust during peak week. I will be 2 weeks out tomroow. So if I spill over w the carbs I can bump up cardio to burn off before the comp.

Might bump up the tren next week or during peak week. Def dropping prop in the last week.

Not sure if it's the tren or what but the breakup is hitting me and damn does it piss the hell outa me.

So this week we kinda treated it like peak week. Depleted carbs during the week then carbed up yesterday and today, reduce water and sodium.

I never realized how much water I drink till I actually measured it. I can drink a gallon and still be dying of thirst. It's been making me feel like crap. Head in the clouds.

But damn do i love carbs. Less than 2 weeks out and im upping tren to 100mg eod. Holy shit does this shit mess w my sleep. I'm def looking forard to sleeping normal again when I'm off.

Besides that everything's good. Probaby kick up a little more on cardio cause there's still fat that I can pinch on my lower abs that I want off.

Just did a prop, tren shot. I think I got what was the beginning of tren cough. From my chest to throat and jaw started gettin a wierd feeling. Had some water and laid down. Seemed to help.

Less than 2 weeks out now. I carbed up on Saturday and actually lost weight since then. I could eat all fuckin day and not get full. We're actually adding some carbs this week. Then dropping everything next week.

Also I think my estro is creeping cause my left nipple seems sore and a little growth and I've been emo as fuck lately. Granted I've had reason to be in my head a little but the nipple is undeniable. Been doing .5mg adex eod. Gonna do .5mg Ed for now on. See how that goes.
 
I for get his full name but its something seib hes a ifbb pro physique im no judge but u look just as good as him i think... Its hard to tell with your tattoo marked out but from what i can see u look up to par with what u would want for a physique guy.. Keep up the good work. I know u kinda got off to a late start but nxt go round if u do. 12 week cycke of prop and tren with maybe some winstrol and masteron maybe u would look killer.. Cause if i renember right i think u started the tren kinda late and only just started reaping the benefits..
