First real cycle

Hello. Lets get direct into it. My goals are get bulky/swole in a healthy fast way. My stats are 87kg, 176 cmd, 20-25bf, 26 years old. Been training for 1 year 3 months. I train 6 days per week for 1h30min. I dont do cardio. My macros are around 3000 calories. I eat alot of carbs and vegetables, I try to avoid sugar & fats. I eat 180g of protein everyday (2liters of milk with whey everyday + meat, eggs, dairy). Been on real TRT (100mg per week) for 9 months. A month after TRT start, I begun using 20mg anavar everyday on and off (didnt took it on legdays, took week breaks every so often). Now I want to go from TRT+anavar to NPP 300mg, 200mg test c, 140mg anavar per week. I smoke alot of canabis before and after gym. Average 6-8 joints per day. I use these natty supliments: multi-vitamins, creatine, fishoil. My heart pressure is 130/90. I also almost died from a heart attacked becouse I took 2 much LSD. Could this have a impact on my cycle? Been 7 years since. I was also a heavy coke user but i changed and control myself now. Bloodtest was taken 1 day before 30mg anavar tablet. ur blood pressure and liver enzymes high might want to stick to test stop anavar to give liver a break add telmisartan 40-80mg /day cialis 5-10mg and do more cardio until blood pressure improves then add orals again or better yet just up the test dose to 300-500mg/wk

dandelion root, tudca, milk thistle, astragalus good supplements for liver/kidney health
 
Will update with fresh bloodwork soon. And a typo. Bloodtest is not before trt. Only the testosterone range is before trt.

Update! Gym time 2 years 8 months? Somewhere here. Been on 150mg trt from last msg lol

Marijuana, especially in those amounts, is bad for bodybuilding. It kills motivation to drive hard. It also interferes with several hormonal functions in the body.

Not sure the status of all of the recreational drugs here from your post, but I would suggest you stop.

(a) start doing a little cardio.

(b) your diet needs work. For example, you think you are avoiding sugar and fats. You also drink two liters of milk every day. These two statements are contradictory. Depending upon what type of milk, 2 liters is potentially the source of 67 grams of fat and 99 grams of carbohydrates, almost all sugar.

I would look hard at those two things.

Diet is an area where the most gains can be made, so maybe focus there first.

Cardio is just an overall good idea. No need to go crazy with it, but maybe some steady state cardio 3-4 times a week added in. There are all kinds of benefits beyond body composition, but it helps with that, too.
 
I go swimming for cardio. Hoping it will fix my resting heart rate. Its 90 now.

My milk is fat free with whey!

Im gonna quit Marry oneday.

New bloods aswell next week then a NPP and VAR cycle starts.
 
Second what @PaintDrinker said. Though, I hate running and 280lbs jogging / running is a lot of impact, so I cycle (bicycle).

Just find some type of activity that raises your heart rate into the proper zone(s) that you can do for at least 30 minutes and do it frequently.

I feel ya. I weigh 45lb less and everytime i try to do HIIT in treadmill my body hurts for like 2 days. 3 days ago after my push session i did 10min and yesterday in leg session i wasn't feeling at my best. In my shitty gym not a single treadmill has incline and fast walking doesn't raise my heart rate at all. Maybe i'll try the elliptical.

Wondering if I should create a HIT program.
Like weight training 3x per week, 3x intense cardio.
You’re already boxing multiple times a week? Isn’t that at least MISS if not HIIT?

Just stay on trt and focus on not being fat. Add a GLP (id say tirz over reta since your heart rate is already too high). Do whatever cardio you can do for an extended period every day.
