I have trust issues and have other issues which do not allow me to catch what the source is pitching. With that said loopholes are a real thing and I want to try and take advantage of one. I’m fat af right now it’s finals week & (insert other excuses) fuck you I’m fat! I plan on starting a lean bulk kinda body recomp session in a week.
6 foot probably 225 to 235 20 to 30% fatter than fuck decent strength, base, work ethic, fuck you I get it! I cycled a few old school prohormone/ sarm&serm cycles when they weren’t designer. I also ran a test & tren cycle the correct way after those baby cycles with a coach! Don’t ask me all the fucking numbers and shit I don’t know we all have vices mine blessed me with forgetfulness! Don’t remember esters or even pin days. Never got cough, bitch tits, kept my hair and gains for years after it. Mental sides weren’t bad if you are already a fucked individual it’s normal shit! Fast forward 9 years no more Trenanthony long dicking sgm wives, friends wives, & probably one of your wives. So I digress, I’m going to hit a lean bulk/ recomp this coming week I plan on this being my goto diet:
Carbs 250g
Protein 220g
Fat 95g
Or relatively close to this boring dry ass shit right here. ^
Eventually cutting potatoes and pasta for sweet potatoes or zucchini.
Nothing but water, mio, propel, and sparkling water.
Keto, caveman, cock & balls whatever the fuck diet you want to call that.
About 2 months ago I was just finishing a nice MESO cycle spending nearly 2 hours destroying my demons daily.
Full Legs/Push/Pull/Arms/Rest
I wasn’t doing cardio cuz I’m fat, and I neglected other things I shouldn’t have but overall I was doing ok. Repping out the 110’s on dumbbell bench, maxing the majority of the machines out with reps, blah fucking blah. Nothing to tell your girl about so she thinks of me next time y’all fuck and the bed is a little off! I don’t have friends so I use a lot of dumbbells, machines, and especially my main bitch the smith machine! Go fuck yourselves! I know I don’t like anyone and it’s all fucked really so keep it down! 315 Sissy smith squats variation, 225 smith incline press, 225 smith military, leg press 600 pounds plus for maybe 8 decent presses, 10 pull-ups in a row with decent form, bent over row 225 all grips decent form. If it’s not better with dumbbells or doable on barbell without a spot it’s done on a machine or the smith! So like I said decent numbers, base, work ethic, yatta yatta! I plan on going back to the same MESO plan with a few tweaks and run it for 4.5 months with a 2 ish week de-load period maybe a little less.
I will add in 1 hour fasted morning cardio 15 mins to the gym 30 mins stair stepper 30 mins abs Core: Every other day hanging ab variation, weighted ab pull downs, & decline sit ups. 15 mins back to house. Walk dog 2 to 3 miles.
Breakfast & morning routine.
Cut as much processed shit as I can
Breakfast: 1-2 rice cake & PB2, banana, & protein shake or eggs or yogurt
Walk to class 1 to 2 miles daily
Lunch: salad or kimchi kinda situation with fish, egg, or poultry. Maybe a little rice if I’m feeling the need for a clean carb.
Snack: nuts, cheese, yougurts, smoked meats, canned seafood, etc keto shit
Dinner:
M: Beef, clean carb like (broccoli), a little fats
T: Poultry, less clean carb (zucchini), more fats
W: Seafood, starchy carb (rice), a little fats
Repeating infinitely and staying relatively consistent with a cheat (meal) every 2 to 4 weeks were I eat a carb rich feast!
I eat a little late so I will try to eat before 7pm
No sugar, caffeine, enriched flour, etc anything white can fuck off!
Sleeps decent and schedule is decent!
My watch says I burn up to 2500 calories and walk up to 15 miles some days when I’m on my shit so it’s not really the diet and MESO I need help on. All though I accept all forms of criticism and appreciate any advice on given on them. I had coaches I am lazy I am not that educated so with that all said.
I feel in 4.5 months I can obtain this ideal schedule, diet, and MESO plan for myself. Next is what I have dreamed of since I got ran out of an apartment off Ramsey with a ragging tren boner and some pog chasing me around. A decent cycle. Though this is a joke of a cycle and I don’t even have a decent test base so pick me apart go ahead you fucking dogs at the leash!
