So i'm thinking of going forward with my first GH ruin,and I have a few questions for the guys who have some experience with
I am 26, 245lbs, about 14% bf, currently have 7 weeks left on cycle (test/tren), and would like to start running some GH (ideally within the next week or 2), and probably looking at like a 6month run at 3iu/ED. Will be running either Homer Khan rips or Norvos
Few questions:
-will I see any difference in effects if I pin it once/day rather than twice/day (if total iu is same)
-i plan to pin in the AM upon waking up, have a coffee, then wait 3 hours or so before eating. Is this the best or should I be doing a different system
-i know that GH can cause a spike in blood glucose, will 3iu cause that dramatic of a spike? I want to minimize any chance of insulin resistance so I was curious about this specifically.
-if it will cause a spike, if there something I can do to minimize this? Should I be eating carbs shortly after to spike insulin to clear the glucose? Or the opposite?
-my main reasoning for taking the Gh is for fat loss, skin tightening, and the muscle density increase. How long would you say it will take before I begin seeing the start of these effects?
