First Test Cycle Dosing Advice

Buddy. Read the rules. If you are wanting to be a member of the community, you are obligated to do your research, not ask retarded questions, and respect long time members that have been doing this for years and are trying to help you. Long time members are obligated to not answer your retarded spoon feeding bullshit questions, but they do because they want to help.
Well that is why we dont need these "long time" members help anymore. Because all of their guidance boils down to ad hominem and shitting on others for having an opinion.
Your protocol and responses are indicative of Looksmaxxing fuckery and show you haven't done the research required to safely do AAS.
I have done pretty good research, LOL.
If you're going to keep acting like a dick head and not take advice from much more experienced members, go back to that TikTok Looksmaxxing hellscape you came from.
Nah I am good.
And remember, no gym for your face.

idk bro arguing in the replies is a common thing on here idk why, i think its the roids getting to old nigga's heads. Instead of giving advice everyone is basically arguing. It's pretty entertaining tho
I know right, they behave like pregnant middle aged alcoholic women LMAO. its usually the high doses they do getting inside their head.

Im looking to hop on test p only for my first cycle. I know doing daily pins is optimal to prevent estrogen side effects and I'll keep my AI on hand. I want to know how do I determine what my first dose should be for my test cycle. Basically because I want to blast for muscle gains I've read everywhere it should be a 300-500mg per week test cycle.
Why P? C is better IMO and its not everyday. Everyday is for pro card trying to squeeze the last single digit % out of the process.

give advice then
Every bit of your idea is misguided at best

You don't know what you are doing, and you are too lazy to learn- asking to be spoon fed

Advice:

Drop the idea of drugs.

If you can't build muscle at 21 without them, it's because you are doing it wrong

You aren't going to suddenly be doing it right because you injected some test

Spend your time and effort learning about training and nutrition, not drugs

..... and hgh at 21 is a fools game.

pinning ED can be a real pain, especially if PIP hits you hard. I've heard some guys dilute their test prop if they're using a higher concentration like 200mg/ml . But honestly, switching to test cyp might be the way to go for a smoother ride . Stable hormone levels are king, and not having your leg feel like it got shot is a major plus!

Superiority complex and gatekeeping. Some people definitely shouldn't use it, but that's ultimately nobody's choice but theirs. The entire point of this forum is to help people reduce their risk if they are going to do it, not finger wag. A lot of people still don't grasp that, though.

I dont think its superiority or gatekeeping... Its because 99.99999% of them literally dont need it. All they are doing is damage for no reason.

Case and point. I was natty all the way to my late 40s. I was a monster (strength wise comparitively) in high school and by my mid 30s I was doing things even some body builders in blast cycle, cant do.

For instance, at 6' 180-190lb in my early to mid 30s with low T (about 350ish I think) I was running sub 6min miles, and bench pressing 345 for multiple sets of 8 AFTER running. I think I was leg pressing (45 degree angle) well over 12 plates at that point as well which would work out to 12x2x45 + 100 = 1180lbs for sets of 8. All this without any injection of any kind. No HGH. No AAS. No peptides. I didnt even know how to get them back then.

This is why body builders tell young folks to not bother with anything until they get near peak. I dont think this is gatekeeping. I think this is called "keeping it real."

That being said, if a young guy wants to be a competitive body builder or athlete for that matter, then go for it. Thats a totally different thing and part of the "job" for lack of better terms. But doing it just for nookie or to one up your buddy is stupid.

I do not know why people here or on reddit seem to shit on youngsters trying to use test. Nothing is wrong with test if you have proper ancillaries on hand, probably the most safest steroid you can take.
Because it's fucking lazy. Build your base when you're young and have the natural T levels to support it. Learn to train and eat like a healthy adult and not some sugary snack craving child. Then chop your nuts off when you peak out natty. Shortcuts will not fix you.

I guess hypocrisy and virtue signaling might be a better description. It's not that their advice is incorrect, it's that they themselves don't follow their advice, and it rarely comes from a place of actual care for the persons well being.

Age is completely irrelevant when talking about steroid safety. In fact, the older steroid users are typically some of the most misinformed. Not that you made it, but the brain development argument is also completely moot. 18 year olds can sign their lives away to the government, 21 year olds can go to any store and buy a bottle of vodka or cigarettes, but steroids is where the line is drawn? Steroids are unhealthy regardless of what age you start, but I think adults should be able to come to their own informed decision on it.

Informed being the part we on the forum should be helping. Educating somebody on the effects of steroids and how to mitigate them is what we should be doing. Sitting on a high horse and saying "no, just don't touch them" does not, and will never dissuade an eager 18 year old to use them. It just pushes them away from a community that could otherwise be beneficial.

I also don't agree that you need to be an athlete or competitive bodybuilder to use them. This is the definition of gatekeeping. No reason is more just than another to use steroids, it boils down to personal risk acceptance.

If somebody has gone through the effort of finding this forum, creating an account, and posting, I think it's pretty safe to assume that they have already made their mind up. Not to say that you can't push back, but I think it should be something constructive or just don't respond at all. Just my $0.02.
