One of the main reasons I was thinking about adding Deca is because my current goal is to bulk up to around 190 lbs. Over the past few months, I’ve felt like I hit a weight plateau and have been stuck between 168–170 lbs, even though my previous cycle worked well.If this is working why throw in deca?
Right now, my biggest struggle is food intake. I usually max out around 2,700 calories, and it’s hard for me to consistently eat more than that. I know that if I’m running Deca, I should be eating closer to 3,500–4,000 calories to actually take full advantage of it. Otherwise, I feel like I’d be wasting it.
I’ve even considered adding MK-677 to help with appetite, but I’m still weighing that option. At 2,700 calories, I feel like I’m closer to a cut or maintenance diet rather than a proper bulk—though I’m open to being corrected if I’m wrong.
I’m mainly posting this to hear everyone’s opinions and learn from others’ experiences. I don’t take anything personally—I genuinely like taking in information and learning from people who’ve been through this already.
