Hey guys quick intro- I'm 27yrs old 5'7 175lbs currently. I let myself go horribly after dealing with multiple serious injurys and was a fat lazy fuck sitting at 210lbs. About 3 months ago I threw away all the crap food I had in my house and started eating better and learning all I could about nutrition. A month after that I ran into a friend that had gotten into bodybuilding and was looking better than I'd ever seen him (of coarse he did just come off a cycle). After talking for a days he got me on a new food plan and got me to kick myself In the ass and start lifting. I started slow but after the first 2 weeks I couldn't wait to lift everyday and soon started 2 a days doing lifting earlier in the day and light lifting and cardio at night. I cut 35lbs in about 30 days (little easier because I had it to lose) now just trimming off what's left over. I changed my diet to help start putting on mass and I'm sure still needs work as I haven't even started logging what I eat. But as an example- as soon as I wake up I drink a protein shake while cooking breakfast of 3-4 whole eggs and either ham or some bacon on the side. I snack about 2 hours later on sliced deli chicken and turkey and then 6-8oz chicken breast and 3/4 cup white rice for lunch. Then snack on a can of tuna or some smoked salmon throughout the day and finally ending with either steak pork or chicken with baked potato or pasta side for dinner. The only supplement I take is 10g of creatine mixed in water split into two servings. And fyi I'm not looking to start a cycle anytime soon but yes I read all I can about it just for when the time comes I won't be standing in the dark.
