First time anadrol question.

Was this study done in split dosing or 50mg at once?
I honestly can't remember, and for some reason I can't find the study on pubmed or somewhere like that, but this is the study covered by everyone's favorite businessman/scientist:


As far as bodyweight, I'm at 240 (~12% body fat according to semi-recent dexa scan). And I really don't get increased pumps from gear, though I don't train like a bodybuilder, since I train for strongman and combat sports. If you're seeing results but no pumps, then the stuff IS working... give it time.

Injectable anadrol (and other gear that's typically in oral form, like winnie) is incredibly pro-inflammatory due to the guaiacol and ethyl oleate used to solubilize the drug. I would recommend sticking to oral, but that's my personal risk:reward decision.
 
I’m for sure physically changing and my recovery is better than ever. Raw strength isn’t there yet but we are talking about 10 days only.
 
I feel dumb as I go read through my own comments wondering if it’s “working” lol. I just got caught up in some of the exaggerated stories some guys have with drol of getting so pumped it hurts and stronger on the bar from the first dose. I don’t see how anyone can “feel” it on their first dose. I’ll keep at it with 50 for now and see where I’m at in week 3

I'm sure Derek would love my notes on phytoecdyteroids. Probably going to move away from those... Someone should send a sample off to Jano if he'd be so kind as to accommodate them.

I’m still up in the air on what’s the best dosing. All at once pre workout or split. Steroid graph seems to show it might be better to take all at once.

Yeah, he seems to have a certain idea that he wants to convey and then cherry-picks studies to "prove" his point. It pained me to link his site, but it was the only place I could find that particular study without spending too much time on it.

@TRENdy07 the half-life of oxymetholone is unknown (as far as I know), so I would suggest taking it twice daily just in case.
 
I take 25mg preworkout and 25 before bed and I notice it every single time. There's always a slight feeling of aggression and I just can't wait to get in the gym and attack the weights lol.. The answer doesn't have to be raising the dose every single time - I've seen fantastic results at even 25mg. It just takes time.. I'd stick with 50mg and take a few days off of it occasionally. Like It's been 7 days and ppl are telling you to up it lmao.. Kind of dumb imo.

And don't worry about it man, you made a good decision to stay at 50 for now. You can always increase later.
 
Are you taking the anadrol daily, or just preworkout? I have tried several different oral steroids as preworkouts only (sublingually), and given this protocol 2 weeks to start working, but I never saw any benefit. When I take them daily, I start to notice a huge difference in about 5 days, especially with anadrol. Tbol takes a little longer for me, about 10 days. I stopped trying with anavar since it kills my libido faster than walking through a retirement home.

As a side note, if the gastrointestinal issues from anadrol start to impact your appetite negatively, I've found that mk-677 will help negate it. I know it receives a lot of hate, but it has its [limited] uses.

Yep, it'll do that. Every time I've used MK, I've taken it EOD, alternating with HGH. I used 20 mg MK in the morning (evening dosing keeps me awake, just like with HGH, for whatever reason).

The hunger it gives me is incredible, and the cravings are nearly impossible to ignore. I swore off sugar years ago, and this stuff had me craving ice cream and candy like when I was fat. I kept some sugar-free jello around at all times for this exact reason, and it worked really well. Protein bars helped as well.

The 2 cycles in which I've used MK were with 350 mg/wk tren ace, 210 mg/wk test cyp, 50 mg/day anadrol (dosed AM/PM), with 50 mg EOD primo enanthate for estrogen control, and 5 iu HGH EOD. I only used the MK for 3 and 5 weeks each cycle, respectively, and it worked very well for growth. Some water retention was observed, but that has historically been a non-issue for me with wet compounds, but others notice quite a bit.
