First time HGH

I’m getting ready to start my first HGA cycle. I’m going to run probably 500mh of test cup with it

What can I expect from the HGH?? (4iu a day.)

A taste for diabetic safe candy and looking for someone else’s non-carpel afflicted hand to jerk off with.
Oh man lol I'm LMAO! Trust me Ghoul is not lying. I'm a newb to GH myself. I started a month ago. I started at 2ius and a week later I thought why not take 4 and my hands turned numb and I would wake up in the middle of the night. Then it got worse. My forearms got super tight and my hands hurt to make a tight fist. Be easy on it and start low I had to reset and go back to 2ius. Hopefully I can handle it

Wild...
I took 2 iu the first night, then 3 iu the second, and 4 iu the 3rd night...
Had some noticeable water retention, but not a single tingle in the hands.

Crazy how we all react to compounds differently. I got tons of water retention but I'm also taking Deca but I only need 250 mgs and I'm good i just hope I can get any new muscle tissue with only taking 2ius because at this point it's all I can handle

If you manage it well, and are patient through the “is this doing anything?” period of a few months, through the first year you’ll be rewarded with significant body recomposition. With or without weight loss, the visceral fat that’s been building around your abdominal organs since your mid thirties will begin to melt away. Once most of that is gone, subcutaneous fat will be next, and combined with thickened, more elastic skin and some subq water retention you’ll almost effortlessly take on a more defined chiseled look you haven’t seen in 25 years, if ever, with minor wrinkles disappearing.

Nail and hair quality (alas not quantity) will visibly improve.

Mood, energy, and cognition will improve as neuroplasticity is restored to youthful levels and white matter area in the brain increases, reversing years of steady atrophy.

Joints will feel better, cartilage will be partially restored, a million aches and pains will fade away.

Respiratory capacity increases. Breathing will become deeper and more effortless, since the muscles involved in respiration are the first to exhaust anabolic responsiveness (restored by GH) and start losing strength in your early 30s. Coupled with testosterone they’ll significantly improve, though, (especially if you have excess weight), this deeper breathing can unmask sleep apnea, disrupting sleep, instead of improving it.

Your immune system will strengthen, which might trigger some initial GH Flu, as it now responds to some illness that’s evaded detection by your geriatric T-cells.

Endothelial function will improve, boosting circulation. Probably a good time to make sure your BP and Lipids are perfectly controlled, since you’re at greater risk with all those free fatty acids that’ll be liberated from your adipose storage by GH.

Plan to start monitoring blood glucose somehow too.

I'm on a ketogenic diet, so might have something to do with holding less water in general. I did however put on about 8lbs of water during my first 2 ish weeks.

Good luck with it mate

Was that a copy and paste?
Sounds amazing. Sounds like a lot of money too lol

No, I just wrote that (and fixed about a dozen typos before you probably read it lol).

36iu kits will give you 90+ days at 4iu / day.

So 4 36iu kits a year.

Shipped that should cost you a total of $600 or less for 4 kits, a year’s supply.

$50 bucks a month.

Does that sound expensive for what I described?

It wasn’t that long ago that would’ve cost you $600/mo, if you didn’t get ripped off.

You’re the best brotha @Ghoul !

I appreciate all your knowledge and wisdom..

Being new as well, you’ve helped my understanding of the process, the why’s, filtering information, and so much more. You’re exactly what this board needs and just wanted to say I appreciate your time and effort into not only explaining, but helping any and everyone.

I appreciate the info dude.

With that being said… At 48 and 4ius a day, I would expect to see some sort of positive change in a month to two months time ? Or is that too quick?

You will, but this isn’t a performance enhancer, as in, take it and there’s a near immediate impact like Testosterone.

The key term is *growth*. How quickly do things like skin, hair, or nails grow? How fast can you be in deficit / burn off 3500 of those liberated free fatty acid calories to get one pound of that “unlocked” visceral fat off?

The improvements are substantial and cumulative. Once you start experiencing them you’ll be hooked, but it’s gradual and without an investment of at least 4 months, imo, you’ll be (deceptively) underwhelmed.

Just set aside your expectations and decide to commit for 4 months, then assess if it’s worth it (at that point it clearly will be).
