So.... How long should I.keep taking.the AI after.stopping injections? The guide I was following suggests stopping at the same.time , but that doesn't make sense to.me.as its a long ester test. I feel I should keep with the ai long enough for the steroid in my system to runits course.
 
Today will be the last AI. Just went ahead and finished what I'd set out in my little old lady pills of the day case.



How long does it usually take to start feeling off cycle? I guess it took me about two or three weeks to feel different on cycle, about the same.time to drop.back down?

I think I'm really psyching myself out about going off now. I'm worried.about losing the gains I.made, worried about becoming a moody little.bitch, worried my balls are forever done, etc....

I did my.research. i know i did a mild enough cycle lots of people recover fine with no pct and no plan.

I have my plan. I'm just second guessing myself.
 
Stop over thinking bro! Keep training intensity high but volume a little lower. And diet has to stay on point and be disciplined with taking your pct meds. Basically stay disciplined with everything but training volume can drop a bit. Just my 2¢
 
Today should have centered on squats. I have something pulled, spasming, torn, whatever, really bothering me on my left side. Groin muscle. Pain going from inside my left thigh, up through my left nut, a little ways intoy abdomen.

Not that my normal squat numbers are that exciting but after a few warm up sets at 135# I decided today would have to be a upper body day.

If this shit is still bothering me Friday I'm going to the doctor.
 
I have not been able to squat for about 3 weeks due to a groin issue. My pain runs from my left nut to the center of my left glute. If I squat with a narrow stance it doesn't aggravate it as bad but I figured I'd go ahead and let it recover completely. I hate not squatting.
