Still struggling to eat enough. Have to remind myself it's fuel for the goals. Going for 3500 calories a day, 40/30/30 carbs/fat/protein. I wish they had a stamp card for rotisserie chicken at the grocery store.
My libido hasn't seemed to change much. I was under the impression I'd be running around getting hard from a slight breeze like I was sixteen again, a bit disappointed with that.
