First Timer Question - Test is Best - 50y/o

Thanks for this. The HGH recommendation - I am going to think about that. I was doing carnivore, but have moved over to high carb low fat. I have been striving to eat no more than 20g of fat on my workout days and I drop the carbs on a rest day and increase the fat then - a keto day almost. Trying to eat the carbs on a workout day has been a little challenging - needing to eat 300g or more, which for me has been a challenge interestingly.

That’s all well and good, but do not take his advice on hgh. You have no need to use 10iu.
