Will be starting my first Cycle using an oil based AAS within the next few days. I have never injected anything myself before so this should be interesting.
Week 1-10 ~ 500mg Test E
Week 1-4 ~ 50mg Dbol
Post cycle ~ Nolvadex 50/50/25/25
I have Arimidex on hand but will only run if necessary. I am not gyno prone but I get pretty bloated from Dbol.
I feel this is a mild cycle which is why I am going with only Nolvadex for my post cycle. I'd like to avoid adding clomid but if anyone one feels I should include it I will do so.
I usually consume between 3500 - 4000 calories a day but will be upping it to 5000 a day.
I unfortunately have no way of getting bloods where I'm from without a doctor's referral so I'm going to have to go by feel and the weight I see on the scale.
My main goals for this cycle are to add some mass while staying lean and to add weight to my Dead, Squat, and bench.
