That is to say, I am new posting here, so I don't want people to think I just came here to bash another site.
*Please keep in mind this has been my experience while on eroids, and the following are my opinions and observations alone*
Here goes my reasoning:
Availability of product from top sources - the very top guys usually only have small windows when their products are available, it seems their method is to make a bunch of product, open their doors and then let it all go until their sold out and shut their doors for a bit to "catch up" on orders. So it's hard to get what you want, when you want it.
General lack of customer service from top sources - Most don't communicate very well in general, but then you have some who are downright rude with customers. This makes no sense to me, as they are not the only game in town. You literally have some sources who curse their customers out for asking them questions or wondering where their order is if it's outside the window.
T/A times - all my orders fell outside the advertised T/A time. Now, I used to not give a shit because back in the day all sources were international, so you just knew to wait and eventually you would get it (or hope). However, now you got everyone advertising what their T/A time is, and some vary widely (2-14 days?!). Bottom-line, if you can't stick to what's advertised, maybe reconsider advertising one at all or revise it.
The fact they rank sources at all! - I'm not a big fan of an open ranking system for sources, where the top 10 are listed front and center homepage. it gives way to much fuckery afoot. I can see why people claim or believe they have to pay for their rankings, while that I am not sure of, I can believe that a lot of other stuff happens behind the scenes to bump rankings and build credo fraudulently. I'd be surprised if it wasn't the case really.
Karma system - They have a method of giving and taking karma points over there, some of their members exist purely as a black hole, being assholes and sapping others karma because they feel like it. I'd rather be positive, and try to stay that way as much as possible. I know this is the internet, trolls exist in all nooks and crannies... but the karma system makes it easier for them.
So that's pretty much it, like I said, nothing crazy just a culmination of things that made me want to split. I know there is better out there.
