Unsure why no one seems to have ever seen this until I posted it in a thread recently... thought I'd make give the study its own thread.

Efficacy of fixed daily 20 mg of isotretinoin in moderate to severe scar prone acne

If you're having problems with acne, this is much safer than many treatments I've seen. Particularly antibiotic treatment which can have some very serious side effects, as can a higher dose of accutane... doseage means everything.

Good luck with your acne, I had success with 40mg/d, but 20mg/d is tried and tested to be safe.

I love accutane. I have been running 20mg for months now. I still get a few on the back. All my shoulder acne is gone. And the huge cystic fuckers are gone. I wish I had been running this shit for years.

This is very interesting to me. I've always seen horror stories of accutane sides like stomach issues.
