Doing a log for my prep. 16 weeks to get full and shredded.

The nutrition:
Taking about 6 weeks to put on a little size so diet for now is looking like this
Meal 1
2 Whole Egg 5 Egg Whites
1 Cup Oats

Meal 2
2 Scoop Syntha-6
1 Banana

Meal 3
8 oz Turkey
1 Cup Jasmine Rice
1 Cup Broccoli

Meal 4
8 oz Salmon
1 Cup Rice
1 Cup Green Beens

Meal 5 (pre workout, so this gets eaten at various times)
1 cup oats
1 banana

Meal 6
1 whole egg 7 egg whites
1 cup low fat cottage cheese

Meal 7
Casein w/ water

Keeping it simple for diet. It's around 3000 calories for right now, that will obviously change in the coming months.

Gear
Right now for gear we're starting on
500mg Testosterone Cypionate/week
500mg EQ/week
50mg Dbol/ED

This will also change over time. We will be adding the tren in later, along with the winny, var, and a few other compounds.

Supplements
Keeping these pretty simple too.
Digestive Enzyme with meals
Liver support
Aminos w/ gallon of water
Multi-Vitamin (will probably just do Animal pak)
Creatine

Right now I'm sitting at 6'0, 226 lb. I've got a little bit more I can put on in the coming weeks then it's shred time. No cardio as of yet but I will have on a sweat band to keep the waist tight. I'll be competing in Classic Physique but I MAY do Men's physique also but that's a big maybe.

Time to nut up or shut up
 
Right now training is pretty much going to be:
Legs a LOT. Hitting hammies probably 3 times a week. Calves 4-5 times a week.
Every bodypart hitting heavy and hard to grow. Bench, deadlifts, squats.. Heavy on everything then light and high intensity on everything else. Once we move towards more of a caloric deficit we'll be keeping those lines tight and just working to get good blood flow to the muscles.
 
Holding a lot of water and not quite sure why other than dbol. Feel severely bloated. Could just be test levels are low since I've been off for a little and the test, eq, and dbol haven't quite hit me yet. I think we can give it about 2 weeks and I'll start feeling more full and a bit bigger. Strength is low too but again, test levels are probably low right now
 
I'll give it probably a week or so for my body to adjust. I still need to buy protein, aminos, digestive enzymes too.. I did a pin Tuesday night of 1ml Test E and 1ml EQ which are both dosed at 300mg/ml so we're actually going to do 600/week for both
 
Massive soreness on the ass tonight from my test pin last night. Pinned 300mg test e.

Hit legs today. Pretty much just did everything until I couldn't. Squatted heavy+volume 315x10 for a few sets. Ended the day with 150 rep drop set on leg press
 
Back day:
Deadlift- 2 warm up sets with 134. 3 Working sets 225x12. 315x10 drop to 225x10.
Cable Lat pull down- 135x15 165x12 185x10. 185xfailure drop set to 135 drop to 75.
Barbell row- 5 sets of 10 135. (I was going to do 10 but motherfucker I was spent) last set I put up 3 quarters on each side and dropped to failure.
5x15 straight arm pulldown
3x10 cable rows with 2 handles
 
Arms today.. Forgot my dbol pre workout oh well. I didn't really keep track of what I was doing. I just went high volume. Heavy on close grip bench and barbell curls.

Chest yesterday.. Again, didn't really keep track of what I did.. I started with flat bench and did a load of drop sets.

Leaning out a little. I think we may need to up the calories. Throw in one more meal. We'll see. Weight hasn't fluctuated much. I'm down a few pounds from dropping bloat and water
 
Here come the dbol nosebleeds. I got back again this morning. Heavy deads coming my way along with heavy rows. I have decent width to my back but my inner back/traps need work so work they'll get
