Yes, I've tried dumbells and it was really difficult getting them up and putting down. I felt like I was going to accidentally snap something.I mean if YOU can pull out a decent set of contactions out of decline benches then by all means do them. However I suspect dips bent over at as close to 90° as you can get will be far more valuable than declines. Just my observation.
I've seen some recommend dumbbell declines but no way in hell am I grabbing a set of 150's and turning myself upside down to press them. Dumbbells are awkward enough. I don't need a PhD in stupid to realize that's a bad idea
Going to stick to flat and incline from now on.
