Essentially my squats and leg training is suffering immensely. It doesn’t help I stand for 8-10 hours a day in the same place. But really just seeing if anyone’s conquered this issue. I’ve had flat feet most of my life that got worse when I ended up needing back surgery 6ish years ago.
If you have flat feet you know what I’m talking about. My lower back is constantly tight. Squatting down my knees want to cave in unless I’m forcing arches into my feet. It takes away a lot of focus on the movement and has been preventing me adding a decent amount of weight. Any movements you found to correct this issue? Any shoe recommendations? I’m dying to squat comfortably and get my hip flexibility back. I’ve been grinding them open for months and it just will not get any better.
