Flat feet

Anybody else have flat feet. It seriosuly hurts unless i wear my orthodics. And it messes up my back and knees...I cant stand or walk for long.

anybody have ways to stop the pain? Or fix them?

Man my feet are so flat that when I get out of the pool and walk it is like suction cups on the deck

And I caught something called plantar fasciitis from these flat feet.
So painful and took about a year to get over it.

Orthotics or some sort of OTC arch support. Probably best to see a podiatrist or just buy something at the store first.
