Flex14's Eat to Grow Off Season Nutrition

I thought I would share my off season diet plan with everyone. I am hoping to step on the bodybuilding stage in August of 2016. Any critiques or questions you have, please feel free to reply. My current stats:

Weight: Right around 200 lbs
Height: 5'10
BF: 13-15%

Those are very similar to my macros yet I am a vegan @ 5'9 179 lbs
Seems to me that you need to up your protein. I am far from an expert though.

If I ate meat or dairy my protein would probably be in the 400 g range.

Not saying you can't grow because I definitely am, with the help of test and tren. :)

I appreciate the response. I was thinking protein was a bit low. 2g per pound of body weight perhaps?
 
For you stats I'd start at 300 protein and 450-500 carbs you could hit that by drinking carbs while you workout and a badass shake before bed I like to eat I'm 215 at 10% I'm eating 300+ protein and 500-600 carbs off cycle I do 20 min of cardio every morning just because I love the stair master haha it makes me kill a big breakfast

I appreciate the response brother. Definitely going to look into a carb product intra workout. Shake before bed is a great idea as well.
