thanks @Seven Dog ..yea i think i used 30s for the db incline curls and had my bicep peak sore as fuck the next day..when i switch to prop im thinking of running 150mg 4x a week..cycle will switch to

test prop 150mg 4x/wk = 600mg/wk
npp 100mg 4x/wk = 400mg/wk
eq 375mg 2x/wk = 750mg/wk
anavar 40-50mg daily (preworkout)
tbol 40-50mg daily (wake up and before bedtime)

hows that look? could i even raise my NPP? i have enough to hit 600/wk or even 800 if i use it at a high dose the last two weeks..not sure how much water NPP holds tho

Wouldn't it be better if you pinned prop ED? Say 85mg (or as close as you can get to 85) ED, which would put you @ 595mg for the week.
 
back today.. 5 sets close grip lat pull, wide grip cable underhand row, assisted pullup, tbar row bent over (no chest pad) and RDL..pics taken at the night after most of my meals and about 20oz of liquid shakes..need to cut weight FUCK..the tbol i had i think was bunk so i got it replaced and excited to feel the effects.. here ya go gents

shoulders + cardio yesterday and tris + cardio today..buncha supersets to get the blood flowin..talked to some guys that suggested dropping test 3 weeks out and dropping injectables 1-2wks before competition..will need to revamp my cycle in need of some vets advice..will post more progress pix wednesday or tuesday
 
bis + cardio + abs on sunday and legs + cardio today..this replacement tbol is nice..did 5 sets of leg press 5 plates x 15 superset with front squats with a 45lb plate x 15. then 5 sets leg press calf raise, 5 sets standing db calf raise and some abs. legs and abs were pumpin almost caught an oblique cramp on the ab crunch machine..ppl prob thought i was having a seizure as i hopped up and contorted my body grabbing my abs lol. my plan for the final weeks is to run

test prop @ 85mg ED until 7 days out from comp
npp @ 85mg ED until 7 days out from comp
mast prop @ 100mg ED until comp (will just inject glutes and quads that last week)
eq @ 375 2x/wk until comp
winstrol 50mg ED oral
winstrol 50mg injection EOD until comp
anavar 25mg preworkout
tbol @ 50mg ED until 1 week out (does this hold any water??)
letro the days before along with dyazide for excess water

will post some progress pix on wednesday.. if the winstrol injection is too painful ill prob just drink it EOD..its grind time..any recommendations on training advice? ive been chasing the pump and resting less between sets. strength is a little down but thats expected. 3 weeks out ill cut another 250 calories per week and adjust accordingly as the comp gets closer. i need some help with the carb load too but thats a lil ways away.
 
I'd figure out the carb load as soon as you can. That way you have a general idea of what to expect and aren't left looking flat/depleted or bloated.

My buddy who competes runs everything up until the show. Stops test two weeks out and runs proviron.

incline machine: 230x8,8,6,6 140x15,15,15,15
db bench: 100sx8,8,8,8 55sx15,15,15,15

24 sets in 45min. getting kind of anxious about adding in the winstrol and mast since ive never taken those before. progress pix tomorrow. weighed in at 224 today. i started at 232 and last week was 227. ultimate goal will prob be 215 shredded an striated.
 
been slacking on my updates but not on my training/cardio/diet. this past weekend marked the 3 week mark til the show and i had a great cheat meal. 3 dbl cheesebugers from shake shack, fries and a shake totalled like 3500 cal. the masteron i have mite be fake. its biotech pharmaclinico and it doesnt match up with what members here have concluded is real (theres a biotech thread i found searching on google, thats why i joined this damn forum it has all the answers!). im gonna run it anyway. no pip. hope its not test prop and just underdosed mast at worst. any recommendations on how to tell if its mast. heres my current cycle:

85mg prop/85mg npp/100mg mast ED
375mg eq 2x/wk
50mg winstrol inject EOD
50mg winstrol ED
25mg anavar EOD on preworkout
12mg albuterol ED
12.5 aromasin EOD

i injected the winstrol in my left cheek this morning. its a lil PIPPY now but not much. im actually really fucken scared after reading these horror stories of winstrol PIP. got some halotestin in the mix ill add for my last 10 days or so. cardio has been bumped up from 30m to 45-60m ED. calories are cut even more.

breakfast: 50g whey protein, 2 packets oatmeal, banana w cinnamon
meal: 8oz pork
meal: 8oz pork
meal: 10oz chicken + big bag asparagus
post workout: 50g whey + 35g carb vitargo
dinner: 10oz salmon, sweet potato, big bag broccoli
night time shake: 24g protein casein, pinch of almonds, pinch of pretzel sticks.
 
current cycle is TUFF..injecting a lot. realistically ill prob hit my test/npp/mast shot 5x a week and liquid winny 2-3x a week, supplement var when i miss a shot. the 12mg of albuterol is tuff too. had pounding headaches after upping it to 12 (8mg the previous 2 days) prob didnt help that i got 2 hours of sleep the night before cuz my fucken fire alarm went off randomly at my house at 3am. today i feel fine with my 12mg. fat loss is def in progress. will post some progress pix soon but i dont have many lbs left to go! 2.5 weeks out exactly. albuterol got me feeling kind of anxious and on edge during the day, but nothing too much. liquid winny barely has any pip. its alpha pharm gear so i assume its quality being that it verified as legit. glad cuz i was scared about the pip. took the shot in the glute, will hit another shot tomorrow or friday of that. do you guys ever mix liquid winny with oil? ive heard mixed things about that. a buddy of mine says he mixes that test and tren and hes fine but id like more input. hit chest and back today due to mental and physical exhaustion last night. been hitting an hour of elliptical at the crib and watching ballers. first 2 episodes in and its a good show. makes me miss my football days. shouldnt have been such a drug addict in college lol. oh well i slayed tons of whores and popped tens of hundreds (maybe even closer to 1000) mollys before rappers were rhyming about them. i like to pride myself on being a trendsetter. workout today was:

benchpress: 275x12,11,9,7
lat pull chin up grip: 160x15,15,12,12

db flat incline: 75sx10,10,10,10
t bar bent over row: 115x15,15,15,15

barbell incline: 135x15,15,15,15
pulley row: 130x15,15,15,15

strict form and mega pumpage. hour of cardio, abs and posing tomorrow, gonna order some board shorts too. any recommendations? a buddy of mine says DICKS sports goods and pacsun are where he got his. dont really know if the mast has kicked in yet, what should i be feeling from it? my striations are more visible but i think thats due to low BF. oral winstrol is good too..hair is falling out a little but nothing to bad, if it becomes problematic and i get paranoid ill bump down to 30mg and supplement the other 20mg with 30-40mg of var. got the nizoral shampoo too letting that bitch soak for like 5-10m while i take my showers at night. thats all fuckerz! stay tuned

was all state TE/DE in high school. in college TE and then converted to DE after the offensive side of the ball got sick of me and my antics lol
