Hello all, I'm looking forward to gaining size and knowledge on this board. I am currently a member of another Board and have been for two years. I have ran about a dozen cycles. I am 32 5'11" 14%BF and I weigh 207.

This boards got a lot going on. It's gonna take me a couple of weeks just to learn the ropes. This board is also free. I had to pay 75 bucks to join my other board
