Probably should have posted here first. Mid 40's XFitter looking to increase strength/power. Been lifting since my teens, doing functional stuff since before it was cool and trying to stay young. Used to take trips to Mexico a few years ago to get gear when I was out that way. Been doing CF for a while, diet is tight paleo. Hit it 2x a day when I can (1 CF, 1 strength). Haven't used in 20 years.
