? for i.p. remailers

why are label and packaging methods different with each remailer? are the oils bought pre- mixed or in powder form? just curious.

This should probably be a classifieds question, maybe, I'm not sure on that, but I'll answer it. It's because IP sends it to them in giant containers of probably around 500 or so mls and then they put it into vials with their own labels.

wasn't sure if i should put it in the classifieds or not, but thanks for replying. i figured it had something to do with it coming in bulk, then being rebottled.
