Is there any right time to inject test throughout the day?
Early in the morning sounds best but to my knowledge test levels peak during sleep , wouldn't it be more "natural" for the body to inject before sleep?

doubt it's all that relevant with a long ester

I inject after I shower just cause in my head that's when my body is cleanest and might mitigate possible infection lol

Diurnal variations are irrelevant once you take exogenous T. It's just about dose as fT AUC (nmol h/L).

I like to pin at 01:37 and 32 seconds am in the night. I highly recommend everyone to do so, too. Any second earlier or later and we will lose muscle.

It's not about muslce. It's about making your body run like clockwork. In order to do so you need to replicate the body's natural functions.

I was pinning before bed but my coach switched me to am. I guess to keep it far away from training since I train late at night. I've read stories before of people saying they tore a muscle and believed it was due to pinning that muscle too close to a workout. But anyway, I haven't noticed a difference between am or pm since everything is enanthate

I hope not. I pin in the mornings right before my workout.

That's interesting.I had this theory that if you workout after injecting it would help with the absorption due to the increased blood flow from the workout. But considering that working out is essentially creating small tears in the muscle that cause inflammation could it be that injecting prior to a workout can potentially worsen that inflammation and contribute to an injury ?
