Yes its the Chilean dialect of Spanish that throws off translators.

What you say is true but the Spanish spoken in Spain is a little fool and forgets the real life, at least in colloquial terms, in formal terms both are almost the same but anyway Im learning English.

Current problems are: Sometimes I get high just by raising the cortisol a little more than normal, and I do not smoke anything !. And the other are hot flashes that appear every 3 weeks and last for a couple of hours. This has happened since I used exemestane or that I speculate.
