Formal Intro into the brotherhood

Greetings Brothers,

I have lurked for almost 2 years, and have finally decided on a username not attached to my past! I am excited to be apart of this community and the hard work that is already done with harm prevention and cutting out the BS from sources. Meso is unique and the only place I would ever think of being a member.

Anyways

I am 25 almost 26 years old, 6' tall and currently 255lbs at 24% Body fat. CURRENTLY CUTTING ALL NATURAL. I have lifted for 5 years now consistently with only (1) 6 month break for injury.

I was scared into fitness with a car accident that I discovered I had High blood pressure because of how fat I was. Growing up I never was strong, I couldnt do pushup or pullups, but always had a good core strength. At my worst I was about 300 lbs high 38% bf, I cut down to 187 but only 18% bf and for the past 3 years was bulking and cutting off and on. At my peak for our wedding I was 215 and 17% bf then gained 15 lbs on honeymoon due to unlimited ALCOHOL it was worth it.

Last year I have a child and lost weight during the pregnancy, but I suffer an injury, we move and I get fat FML.

So where I am at now, I never thought I would even think about the juice. But I watched Bigger faster stronger and it opened my mind. I have an intense desire to not only be strong, but Sexy as fuck. My wife has been vehemently against it but I am slowly introducing her into it. I have been thinking about a cycle for almost a year now and have done my research with PCT, cycle length, sides, estro management, hcg ect ect and I will do baseline bloods, during and post cycle to check recovery.

I already am primed to do a

12 week test E cycle
4-6 weeks TBol Kickstarter
Possible test P for 2 extra weeks.

But obviously The BF needs to go down especially because of the High blood pressure history.
Based off of calculators I have used I was aiming for 215 @ 13% bf. I believe this is reasonable and a great starting point for my inhuman Crusade.

With this first cycle I have my diet already planned... seemed to have lost my notebook with my notes -- will update with macros later. But I hope to gain at least 30 lbs of LBM and keep at least 23 of it while minimizing fat with the perfect diet. This would have me at 240 lbs total 210 lbs LBM / 30 lbs fat @ 13%.

Now I do plan on having more children, I do not want to be on TRT until maybe 70+ lol. But I want to finally have the body I have never had.

I am open to any criticism or opinions on my goals and plans so please have at it!

Did you used to have an old handle, I know Ive heard about this car accident before??

Anyways, welcome. I let myself awhile back due to drugs and drinking and got fat as fuck. Keeping cutting the weight till youre into the teens. Get your diet in check as in make a lifestyle change. Cook your meals at home and cut out the shit food and booze. Get your ass on a treadmill with an incline of at least 3 or stair stepper. Lift weights. Repeat.

If you decide to cycle make damn sure youre ready for a lifestyle change.
