Fox04

I saw some vendors carried fox04 and read up on it a little. Has anyone tried and have any discernible results? Good or bad or neutral. Seems to be promising but also wonder if you could even determine if it is working or not.

I picked up a kit of this recently. Pretty sure due to its pricing (previous to vendors like QSC), it's not been widely attempted. Dosing recommendations are all over the place, as well, so I arbitrarily settled on 5mg every other day until I'm out. It is a spicy injection and causes considerable local irritation. Nothing visible but can itch and be painful. Takes about a day to resolve. MOTS-C is also irritating but not nearly as bad.

Too soon to really say about efficacy. Like you mentioned.. how would I know? Peptides like Epithalon and Thymalin I inject based on hope alone. Some state they actually get noticeable effects from Epithalon, but I've never been one of them. But I was overdue a cycle of both and ran a full one right before starting the FOXO4. I'll update later if I can ever determine some direct benefits (or negatives).

On a side note, MOTS-C seems to have been a miss for me. No noticeable benefits. I'm pretty fit and thought for sure I'd notice an uptick in endurance or something. But so far nothing. Only been two weeks... perhaps it is too early.

Looking forward to your report.
I have some mots in the freezer but haven’t tried it yet.

I’ve read in one guide that the Fox 04 is supposed to be IV not SC. Did you notice that anywhere in your research of literature?

I read that, too. I also ran across one site pages back on Google that was different than the others and said since IV was out of practical reach for most that subcutaneous was fine. There just isn't much information compared to other compounds, really, and I didn't scrutinize their rationale or source (if any). I'm honestly pretty careless about what I'll try, but one compound I've had for a while but never had the balls to use is GW0742.

I just ran across this site trying to find that page that talked about subcutaneous FOXO4 injections being alright. I'll keep looking, but I've never run across such a comprehensive, full chart with dosages from an actual medical practice (it actually shows IV only for FOXO4).

By the way, I reconstituted with 2ml today instead of 1ml. While it's still an irritative injection, it's not nearly as bad at 5mg/1ml.

Worst thing I've ever injected was some ITPP from a place called Behemoth Labz. Felt like someone was putting a cigarette out on my leg for half a day or so. Had to put an ice pack on it to get me through. Never again. The powder worked fantastically but was banned and could no longer be found. One of the best compounds I've ever tried.

Next worse is Ghk-Cu for 50mg rounds. Kept the faith but never one perceivable benefit. Left me with lumps in some cases that took over a year to resolve.
