So the past few times ive worked out larger muscle groups like legs or back the next day my body is so sore its all i can do to get my ass out of bed. I am 20 years old and ive been lifting for about 5 years and have never experienced this kind of fatiuge and muscle ache. also, i am currently on a cycle of test c 600 mg/week and i just added trenbolone to the mix last night 75 mg. any body have any ideas what the problem might be?
