To be honest, his web hosting provider being physically close to an NSA data center means next to nothing. I'm not familiar with the area, but most likely there are infrastructural and geographical reasons that make it an ideal location for a large data center.
The only reason the location should worry you is the fact that it's in the USA, so LEO could potential seize the information on his servers. But most of these source sites seem to be in the US. You aren't dealing with the most tech savy people.
Also, it's very unlikely the NSA gives a shit about the biggest domestic AAS dealer in the country, let alone a single customer of one.
Of course the fact his server is us based is the issue. WTF? Odds are if you hit the corner you're gonna be taxed by the Asians or surenos before you are cracked by the cops. But someone is going down.
