Whats up guys. New to meso, trying to gain some knowledge. Im 26 I've been lifting pretty steady for about 7 years. I have gone from 165 lbs to 200 lbs. For about the past year or so my gains have hit plateau. Despite trying every natural supplement, and consuming ungodly amounts of food I just cant seem to get past 200 on the scale. So I'm kind of wondering whether my natty potential is starting to peter out. So im here to find out all I can from you guys.
 
Thanks bro. I also kinda forgot to add in im at 16% bf. And my training i as follows arms/chest on Mon. Legs/back Tues. Rest Wed. Repeat. With ab work added in throughout the week. Im taking in about 3600 k most days. Read a few other intros and figured I should add this
 
Welcome to MESO! I'm not sure that "natural" dietary supplements every made anyone really big. The real secrets are elsewhere beginning with training and nutrition...
