Look at what happened to our rating on eroids.com. We've dropped from 2nd place to 8th in 2 weeks. All this because of negative reviews coming from customers whose orders have been delayed. We had a shipping issue at one of our warehouses in June and a couple of hundreds of orders stuck there for a month. This is just a few hundreds of customers and from what I can see about 20% went on the boards immediately. So no HPLC is necessary here. People do not just forget about their money spent. Now if there would hundreds and thousands customers ripped off imagine how many complaints there would be. 20% is at least 1k customers a month complaining. And we only see 2-3 people here and there that are taken care of immediately.
We're talking about two separate things now: product testing and pack T/A...
Wouldn't you leave a less than positive review if your pack was delayed?
FWIW, I believe you're focused on the wrong issue and it's hurting your business. Pack T/A with napsgear has always been an issue unfortunately, at least as far as I've observed.
