From Pharmacom Store - Shipping Delay?

Placed an order Friday and received this email today:

Hello Sir,

Unfortunately due to the recent terrorist attacks in Belgium we were unable to restock our warehouse in Europe because the authorities are in high alert all over the continent .

Since we don't have all the products in stock at our location in Europe and we don't know an exact date when we'll be able to fully restock the warehouse we will not be able to ship your order using our premium shipping service (shipping within 24 hours with a 5-6 days transit time in 95% of the cases) so we are forced to redirect your order to be sent directly from our factory in Asia.
But delivery from there usually takes 2-3 weeks plus the time needed to prepare the package another 4 days .

Please accept a 15% discount to your next order to compensate for this unfortunate delay.Keep this e-mail as proof.
