From trt to 1st cycle

zero chance of holding off on the tren for 8-12 weeks? replaced with 100-200mg more of test?
Yeah I may run just test and Mast for the first half, 8 weeks then add the Tren if Im not getting the partitioning I want. PCP just gave me some Arim so more test is viable. Im not necessarily looking to get big, but do want to get leaner with the side effect of more size.
 
Hey Man - great job so far. I dont want to take away from that but maybe slow down a bit. I would do like trt plus basically bump ur test up a lil - maybe add a lil primo bc ur estrogen levels are a lil high anyway. Take it slow man. You start a first blast like that, you won't even know what side effects are from what. Either way good luck.

Hey Thanks! Im not doing the Tren. I came to my senses. Starting 300 test 300 mast tomorrow morning.
 
Blood test. And Mast isnt the same as primo at controlling E2 it just makes you less sensitive to its effects. Your E2 could be sky high right now my guy. Go run your E2 labs

My goal is a lean bulk hopefully continuing my bf drop to about 12% and final weight to 200-210 I'm 5'10

I will begin on feb 16th. Baseline before cycle labs will be run feb 14th. My current test level is at ~1246 free 31.8 igf1 339 a1c 5 cholesterol 188 E2 was 46 before the hcg which I've been on for 3 weeks and labs were ran today to check new E2, test, LH/FSH levels. I've been running labs consistently once a month from the start of trt with anabolicinsights and those required by my pcp.

I began my journey in Sept at 270 pounds and 36% bf. And 49 years of age. My wife and I had just had our son in May and I said enough was enough. I am already old, I want to be fit and agile to coach my son in sports and keep up with my younger wife. And why not get back in shape for me too? I started with a full physical and hormone wellness check. A1c 5.6 cholesterol 210, test 240. Very fuckin bad. Today I stand at 225 16.5% bf on 120mg trt dose and 500iu 3x week hcg. 2iu daily hgh Reta , mots c, tb500 bpc 157. I can't say it's been easy, but it's been fun! I know I should wait until I reach a lower bf, but tbh my diet is pretty dialed. My training is pretty dialed. Mwf weights, cardio 5x a week. I'm ready. Wish me luck?

Please don't be offended by anything I say I'm genuinely tryna help this situation.

In all honesty you are 5'10 225 pounds your bmi is around 32.3 that's still obese. Looking at your photo you are around the 30%bf area. At 16% body fat you would be way leaner 3/4th of your belly would be gone. at 275 your bmi would be 38.7 class 2 obese 38-42%body fat. You will be nowhere near 16% body fat until you get under closer to the 185-195#zone.

With that being said bulking should be out the window, it is not time to bulk if you want to be in the best shape of your life at 49. You need an aggressive cut/recomp . The test can help you put on some muscle at the same time. I would run the test for some time to see if you have sides, if you titrate and get to some issues maybe throw in some Masterton to help with e2 sides, lower the test up the mast. Get that dialed then throw in the Ace. You gunna have so many issues with Tren you would really wanna be dialed in before u gotta deal with this shit.

If you truly want this you want the body man this is what you gotta do you goota take the criticism and start tearing the gym up man.
 
No issue with you trying a cycle. I would say go slow and steady. Why are you rushing? Id reduce to T only and work it as high as 750mg just to see how your body reacts. 1st cycle isnt so much about gains as it is about learning. Your E2 will go bananas and you will need some arimidex or similar to keep it under control. Figure out the ratios. If you add anything, maybe try primo in the last month to see how much offset you can get to E2. That can be useful for next cycle. Pull bloods every couple of weeks to make sure stuff is in order.

All that is fine, but bro... you are not 16% BF. Not even close. I was 285lb and dropped to 190 and I was an athlete most of my life till injuries. I was at 16%-17% when I hit 200 BF and mind you im 6-0. At that weight all my abs clearly show and muscles are clearly formed and veins all over the place. My wife says I look like the gladiators from the tv show and I am not even a body builder... im just some old ass basketballer who cant even do that any more. You are definitely over 20% based on pic. To be 16% you would need to be buff as hell like a body builder at that height/weight.

I suggest doing some tape measures using various methods. You will note they are all over the place. Sometimes there is a good 5-7% variance between them based on the method used. What does that tell us? Dont trust these measures and devices.

But thats not the end all basis for not doing a cycle anyway. Lots of power lifters are 20% BF and some higher, and they are on cycles as well. But they have differing goals than body builders. It depends on your goal.

Powerlifters who are blasting at 20% bf are carrying way more absolute size than your average ifbb pro, they are moving fuck loads of tonnage and would shred down effortlessly the moment they reduce calories but their performance also takes a hit.

Please do not use this example to enable this guy to continue to harm himself.

Im not even gonna touch the tren for a bit. This is the plan. Im titrating up the test in 4 to 5 week intervals by 100 depending on what my labs say. I don't plan on going any higher than 500 though. Im not looking to be a mass monster or compete, just want to build to a nice physique. 200ish. I am lean bulking, staying just below maintenance to begin then slighly above when I get to about 195.

don't need a dexa. just use your eyes and google to see what BF you're at. you probably have 30lbs to go before you're 20% or under. the progress you've made is great, you just need to keep going. good luck
