Ramp transaction through Trust Wallet failed 3 times, they now have taken thousands of dollars from me w/o refund yet.

Cash-app says I cannot buy BTC due to a "security issue" that is not specified on the app.

Binance and other exchanges not available in my area (Northeast USA)

How the fuck are you guys getting BTC?? What the FUCK??!

I've bought Bitcoin a dozen times and never had issues, it's been a couple years though.

Someone help me please before I rage the fuck out.

Just bought more BTC on coinbase and I can't transfer my BTC for a WEEK because they are holding it. I paid with PayPal and they don't inform you before hand that you cant transfer right away to another wallet, you can only trade. I can't catch a fucking break man. Bring back CIM. WHAT THE FUCK

If you use coinbase regularly it will no longer do the hold. I know that doesn't help now. I also use uphold but the fees tend to be higher. I can't remember if they put a hold on newer accounts or not.

did you reach out to Cash-app support? They usually respond within a min. They usually say something generic like "It's because of past account activity and its for your security" which is code for "You don't have any account activity or you didn't fill out the KYC forms"

I’m currently testing out several methods. Cash App, PayPal, Kraken, and Moon Pay. PayPal sucks. Every time I try to send Ethereum to my wallet it just spins. So a few hundred dollars are sitting there not being very useful. Moon Pay and Cash App work well. Kraken is not bad either.

That's what I use to do but I haven't used coinbase in ages...upon trying to purchase BTC it said I have a $100 purchase limit w debit card. Which forced me to go the bank account route. Fuckin a

Plan ahead. Put money in as “United States Dollar Cash” so it doesn’t fluctuate potentially losing you money. Wait your week. Then use the USDC to buy bitcoin. You’ll be able to do that immediately and also send immediately.

I cant remember it's been 4 years. If there is it'll be the least there really is.
Lots of people cracking down on crypto it use to be as easy as blinking. Government wants to know where your money is always.
If there is a waiting period, it'll be the first and last as a security confirmation that's all. Then it takes 2 minutes to buy and trade. You can even e-transfer the app and your fund will show up in your currency within 3 minutes. Then simply buy bitcoin.

I use Kraken to buy crypto then I send it to a personal wallet before sending it off to a source. I end up paying double TX fees but doing it this way has always worked for me and seems to circumvent the flagged BTC address analysis at the exchanges.

That it did. BTC just cracked 87k 5 minutes ago. Guess the hold time was a blessing in disguise. I'm up like 25% on a $1000 entry. My order just got a bit bigger lol.
