bros, I shot some tren/prop/eq in my left tri 2 days ago...site is red and very warm...not much pain but hurts when u touch it...Does anyone know where I can get antibiotics asap??? and what would be the appropriate doseage...?? I think if i get them in me quick enough it will be fine...my body may even fight it off but i dont wanna play around...I think its that i didnt go in deep enough since i used a 5/8 pin....i had no other problems with same batch and now this shit!!!!

Don't fool around with an infection, suck it up an go see a doctor. This could get serious fast.

That one I think is for skin infections. My point here is dosing AAS is one thing, playing doctor is quite another. Bro don't fool around here get some professional help. Most doctors are pretty cool with damage control. What a doctor does is asses the infection and prescribe the appropriate drug based on his extensive knowledge of medicine. You don't have that man.

cephalexin is ok coverage but you might want to extend it to anaerboic coverage w/ Augmentin... dose is either 500mg tid (3x/d) or 875mg bid (2x/d).. this is what i prescribe.. don't let it get away from you
warm compresses as much as you can tolerate (this is no joke) it will help.
if it gets fluctuant (boggy) it will need an incision.. 2% lidocaine injection locally at the skin surface then deep w/ a small needle 27 or 30 gauge.. 11 blade scapel (pointed end).. incise atleast 3/4-1" larger based on the size.. put a packing wik (gauze string) in wound leaving tail hanging out so it wont close over and continue to drain for 2 days.. most surgeons will tell yuou that this is the only treatment..
i practice in a busy ED in Miami and see many of these.. you are considered to be somewhat immunocomprimised by being on steroid therapy therefore will have somewhat of a delayed healing..

Don't forget to sterilize that gear that gave you the infection or get something else. Yea the ER will cost a few bucks but what price you gonna put on that limb of yours?

its not been long enough for it to be an infection, you just have a chemical abcess , the tricep is a small muscle bro, but that shit in quads or glutes from now on....youll see the redness and swelling will go away in a couple more days

i'm with chris on this one....i have seen many people get that from bicep and tricep inject. but not anywhere else, i dont know why.
i mean, the bicep was red and warm for days. after it went away, he rotated shots and when he got to the bicep on the other side, same shit!
his bud who is a Dr. gave him some samples and what really helped was a topical analgesic along with 800mg Ibuprofen.
i got some IV stuff but it would probably go bad during shipment--it's Cipro and Vancomycin. worked well for a bud of mine who got an infection a while back.
